Sorry @Jim M and @Randy Calvert I solved it. I need to sleep urgently. 😴 I was using a wrong webhook secret sign.

I was taking a up right corner secret key, and it is needed the "Signing secret" key. I change in woocommerce and IPS and now runs perfectly.

Thanks a lot for the excellent support and attention.

I did verify that IPS and woocommerce have different webhook URL and webhook key, so all is right configured.

I've Cloud IPS, I cant edit htaccess file. @Jim M can be something like that?

Thanks a lot for your answer. I can see in stripe Webhook attemps that returns ok for other woocommerce subdomain. And for IPS returns 3 failed status with 500 error. I verify the webhook URL and is correct.

No because I change few days ago the default currency and IPS did not keep cards used in EUR to use with USD. The user should write all data card.

I did open a support ticket for this problem but someone change it to duggestions.

I created new account with test subscription and appears this message. In my bank report appears the price charged but Stripe show "Uncaptured" status, in consecuence has not been charged and I don't have access to the forums.

This user was deleted by this other ticket:

I canceled all renewals plans with old stripe account and when current plan expires every user should purchase your plan again with the new stripe account configured. Did I make somthing wrong?

Hi @Jim M, There is a new stripe account for old IPS users that purchase a new subscription plan.

Since I change my default currency in IPS from EUR to USD I've users that theyhad a credit/debit card configured, but now not are available from new purchases. They should write all parameters again.

At the same time all historic transactions for this users in EUR are missing. One example is user ID:2305.

Can you take a look to show all historic data and payment info in upcoming updates?

Hi team, I've an stripe error when a client purchase a subscription plan. I can see that "customer" field is'nt client name, so, can be a IPS issue? The client ID with this problem is 2305.

Yes @Jim M but IPS not show to write a Display Name and blocks the user so cant continue.

If I enable the Google method for new registers and select the "ask the user to provide a display name" IPS create the account without Display Name and show "No Name" in the customer profile and "Will be deleted soon". And now this user cant subscribe to any plan. IPS not show any ID for this user in ACP -> Members -> Members

I've some users that I added manually to Monthly Subscription Plan and they have access without expires date because they are family and friends. But in the ACP -> Commerce -> Subscription Plans -> Monthly Plan Active Users List they have Expire Date in the past, just when they turned the first month. Here IPS should show this field "empty" or "unlimited" or a similar concept that show a real date expiration because they are an active users and not have this expiration.

Some users in this case are id=2181 or 1762 for example.

Can you take a look to solve in upcoming upgrades? Thanks a lot.

Hi team, I think that will be usefull to add another property when we copy and paste content in any post or reply. We need can to add text as plane text but with links. Wee need delete all styles but keeping the links in content.

The rich text add a lot of useless code that we dont need. If we paste as plane text and we need to create every link again can be a hard work with many links.

Can you take a look to add this propertie in future updates?

The user list order by any date field not runs, Is not order by date. IPS order list by ordinal number, so there is an issue. Can you take a look to solve in future updates?

Hi @Marc Stridgen, I force two pages and IPS only show to accept one, the "Registration Terms". And in the user activity show the two pages accepted.

Hi team, I was update my Terms & Privacy Policy and force to accept for all users. But IPS only show to users the "Registration Terms" page and when I Accept this page automatically accepts the "Privaccy Policy" too without accept expressly. So I think that is an issue. Can you take a look to solve?
