Go to ACP > Brilliant Discord (the diamond icon) > Notifications. Click the Create New button and fill the form. Notice that the Topic type is for new topics, and Post is for new topic replies. You can setup both if you want to. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Make sure you don't use that specific bot identity for anything else than Brilliant Discord Integration. If it is caused by the app, here are all the reasons it may happen:
They unlinked their Discord account. An administrator kicked them via ACP. They get banned on your website. There is not. Is there any specific reason not to request it? It could be possibly added as a feature in a future update.
Seems like Discord drastically increased some of their limits. It will be fixed it in the next update. Thank you for reporting this and sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
Unfortunately it is not possible, but this is definitely something that could be available in a future update.

ACP - Brilliant Discord - Magic Invites (under Behavior Management) - Create New Give the code a name like "YourServerName" Set Expiry to Never Go to Front End:
Add a widget Widget Settings Invite Select "YourServerName" Save It should work now

I have had similar problems. Here is what i have done.
First you need to establish that this is a one way communication. Website to Discord. It is not a Discord communication.
This means that what ever member groups you set in Website will be set for Discord.
So if your users are joining the website and your default group is "Member" then the discord role associated with "Member" website group will be assigned to them.
Now if you manually or automatically change the Website member group to "Customer" then only your users will get the "customer" role on discord.
Which also means that the plugin will remove any roles NOT configured with "Member" website group.
I hope this answers your question, but a developer input may be more insightful.

@David Lim since your bot is on 1M+ Discord servers (congratulations, by the way!), you would better create a separate bot for the website. Even if you would be able to specify discord server ID manually, you may experience 429s due to the fact two different applications share the identity, but they don’t exchange data about rate limits.
Regarding the unverified user registration; I see your point. This has never been brought up before, but I will see if we can provide a setting for that.

2. I am not exactly sure what do you mean by “album integration”. Could you elaborate, please?

4. Guess you have configured your website to disallow “#” in usernames. Search for “Allowed characters in display names” in ACP and modify that setting appropriately.

2. Go to the Groups page in ACP. When editing any group, you can assign the roles you want to in the Discord Settings tab.
3. You will probably need to manually enable the widget in your Discord server settings. You can enable it in its Widget section.

Same goes with temporary admin accounts. And thanks to the new built-in marketplace, we are also able to completely kill piracy - your installation will be securely and privately linked to your account on invisioncommunity.com. This is game changing, because our new approach to piracy literally does not require you to do anything more than you would normally do with an app - no license keys or anything like that. Other minor improvements like (finally!) an option to disable logging in with Discord. If it turns out that there are no major issues with Jimmy, then quickly afterwards 1.1 will get released - with Jimmy available for everyone. At this point the app will be able to function without your own bot.
Before we release 1.0.14, we will publish a document with details how Jimmy keeps you and your communities private and secure. This is as much important for us as it is for you.

Ability to thumbnail of Articles (records) when sending notification to discord. Create a programmed message that is repeated, sends at each chosen time. Ex: every 1h, 5h, 24h... Schedule message

I have no idea how did this happen, but your first message was missed - and I am really sorry about that.
Just for clarification: You had encountered an unusual issue that I have never heard of before, so I asked you for an admin account on your website on October 13th. Then I got them from you on October 16th. I was not able to login and I told you that almost immediately. Later you told me that your problem has been resolved.

Do you have the Font Awesome 5 plugin installed? I had this issue with that plugin installed.

Yes, we had so many issues, so much support overhead and so much customer dissatisfaction with inconsistency and sloppiness prior to 4.5. We only provided cursory reviews for initial submissions and as is often the case, a new product (or resource) tends to start with a base and then future releases build upon that with enhancements. Without screening updates, we were missing some pretty significant issues that broke communities. Couple that with the disorganization of customers manually managing updates for resources, leaving their community in an unstable site with a hodge-podge of outdated third party code, we had to make a decision. Either limit the damage a third party resource could do to a community, which would mean removing some of the flexibility that makes resources so useful -- or exerting control over what's pushed through the Marketplace. We opted for the latter as it ultimately benefits the majority. The majority of contributors from a support and even, to an extent, piracy standpoint. Customers because the resources have far more stringent standards, are screened - even for upgrades - which can only increase confidence and stability in the product. IPS, because the support overhead is reduced due to out of date third party resources, poorly updated resources, etc.
We recognize there have been a few bumps and I apologize for same. I have the utmost confidence and faith in this change. Regarding approvals, more information regarding the process for critical updates has been posted in the contributor forum - please be sure to follow that forum if you don't already. In short, there's a provision for critical updates. Normal updates should be expected to take 24-48 hours or so, which is typical of an app store based on my research.

I wanted to clarify the process for any critical updates you may need to make that may potentially need a higher priority when it comes to a review. A critical issue would be something that causes a large impacting issue to your resource, such as a fatal error that prevents it from working.
Submit the new version of your resource with only the fix for the issue, no other bug fixes or enhancements. Specify in the change log what the fix is for (so it's obvious to us what you are fixing). Submit a support ticket asking for an expedited review. Asking for an expedited review doesn't guarantee we'll be able to do it, but we'll try our best where possible.

I believe they just updated the file description, the file upload itself is probably still pending approval. One of mine from before the Holidays is still on approval too.

For emergency hotfixes you need pushed out quickly it might not hurt to ping @Daniel F directly, though I believe the IPS team was off on Holiday up until yesterday.

You'll unfortunately need to wait until 1.0.13.1 is approved (it has been submitted yesterday so I hope it will be approved this week). If you have installed the new version on 4.5, you'll need to disable the app and wait a little.

We'll highlight the most common mistakes, ways to resolve them and also generic improvement suggestions once a month here:)
 
As first, I want to apologies that some files took really long to get approved, but we really expected that new submissions and upgrades would have a better quality, but unfortunately >60% of the submissions ( 90% in the first week) were still not following the new marketplace guidelines, which resulted in a devils circle.
 
Let's recap the last months issues resulting in rejections🙂
Core Database changes. Version details not changed. Usage of existing IPS error codes in your own code. Usage of \IPS\ROOT_PATH in your code.
See 4.5 dev changes Upgrade steps trying to process too many data.
Please try to process data from huge tables in batches instead of iterating over such a big datasource in one step.  
We're also seeing a huge trend in extra queries and extra joins, which are unnecessary most of the time, please don't be lazy and try to use your common sense and ask yourself what's the preferred solution in this case? A global join each time the object is initialized?  A second query when the object is initialized? Lazy load the data when needed?
Last but not least, please avoid altering the Groups database table! While we allowed this in the past,  we see a big trend that many developers already use own tables and logic for this too, which works really great. Because of this we'll start to be more strict here, so starting tomorrow any new submissions will have to follow this rule too!

First, for everyone who has not done that yet: don't install the new 1.0.13 update and wait for 1.0.13.1.

@Morrigan @Taylor M. Sorry for that; 1.0.13.1 has just been submitted with a fix for that and it is waiting for approval. The problem is this may take a few days, and 4.5 will not let you install a new version manually so you will just need to wait.
@ibinod Thanks for your purchase; I am afraid the best what you can do for now is to disable the app and wait until 1.0.13.1 is available.
