imsandertjeee got a reaction from Aymanmha in Votebotters
Hello,
I own a Toplist Community which is heavily votebotted sadly. I've already set the maximum protection with hCatpcha but im in desperate need of help to even secure it more. Need advice or a paid service to get 'rid' of the votebotters.
Thanks in advance!

You would need to modify (or have someone modify for you) the behavior of IPS.
You have some options:
Remove the Google Analytics integration configuration from the ACP entirely. This will remove the script tags from all pages of your community. Then, add the code manually to your theme with a condition to exclude the areas in question. Create or find someone to create an extension for you that would allow you to remove the tags from a selected area of your community. -

On the page that you don't want tracked, however this code will not remove the script tags you took a screenshot of. Instead, it will still call Google Analytics, while also instruct GA to not record analytics on the page.
See: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gtagjs/user-opt-out

It won’t track any stats if you’re using the proper code from google ( window['ga-disable-UA-XXXXXX-Y'] = true; )

Pretty sure Google Analytics will have functionality to handle this; filtering, I think it is called.

Remove the space, it shouldn't remove it. That's how FA works.

I just put the include code for it above the CSS include:
{template="includeCSS" app="core" group="global" location="global" params=""} Leaves IPS icons alone unless I change it in the css manually but then you can use the new ones.

Hello,
I’ve gotten my hands on the PRO version of FontAwesome. How is it possible to get this to work with the suite ? 🙂

imsandertjeee got a reaction from Linux-Is-Best in Discount for new members
Hey!
I was thinking about a discount on subscriptions (or other products) for new members.
Like if a new member registers in his first 3 days (or 1 week, or whatever) they can get a 10% discount (or whatever)
Would be a nice feature as inentive to buy membership early.

Hi, would be great to see an update or solution for this soon. Otherwise I won't be able to make use of this plugin and I'm pretty sure same applies for other people.
@Kevin Carwile (creator of the automatic rules plugin) last visit was couple of months ago. So I doubt he will update it anytime soon.
Also are you available for custom work/modification of this plugin? Paid job of course.

I have exactly the same doubt... found out today that none of Kevin's apps are being supported or upgraded.

OK - that plugin doesn't provide this:
as the above is already possible...fontawesome 4.7 is already included with IPS. The plugin just allows FontAwesome 5 to also be used.
Your actual issue is probably that the places you are trying to use the code doesn't allow HTML to be used.
Elaborate on what you mean by all this:
Where are you using the code exactly?

Do this instead - the Editor strips empty elements, which is what the <i></i> is...the non-breaking space sorts that for you.

By the way, I've got some exciting news for you 🥰
Brilliant Discord Integration has become one of the most popular third-party apps for Invision Community. It is currently responsible for managing hundreds of thousands members among hundreds of amazing communities.
It was designed to synchronize roles from website to Discord and not the other way around.
It was designed to support only a single Discord server.
It was designed to notify only about content. Only new content. Only from website.
But it was designed in 2018.
It's time to move forward. Meet Jimmy
To make Brilliant Discord Integration even better, we had to completely rethink how it works - starting with the configuration and synchronization process.
Brilliant Discord Integration is getting its own Discord bot - Jimmy. New customers will no longer need to create their own bots. It also means more reliable and faster synchronization and endless possibilities for adding new features, such as server-to-website/bidirectional synchronization or multiple server support. It even lets us quickly fix most issues without requiring you to update the app.
Jimmy is designed with your privacy and security in mind. We'll thoroughly explain it to you why there is absolutely no reason to worry about it.
The bot is still in development. The transition will be simpler than you think - everything you will need to do is just adding the bot to your Discord server. The app will do the rest.
Early Access Program
Brilliant Discord Integration's Early Access Program is for those who want to be first to access all those new features and help us by giving feedback. If you're interested - just fill this form and join our Discord server 🙂
Support and prices
We're committed to supporting Brilliant Discord Integration for years to come. Our team is growing - I (the developer of the app) am currently the only person responsible for customer support, but I have started training new support staff and preparing both public and internal support materials.
In terms of price - for existing customers, renewal price will remain the same.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message or join our Discord server.
