Google Analytics exception for a page

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I've always use the Google Analytics tool inside the IPB settings. This adds a script to every page.
I recently got a page that i don't want to get tracked by that tool. How can i get an exception made for this page?

Any dev who can add a line of code so that one page won't get the script added into the <head> ?
willing to pay.

regards,

Sander

Pretty sure Google Analytics will have functionality to handle this; filtering, I think it is called.

Hello, i've tried to do this. Doesn't seem to remove the tag from the page.
I want this global tag to be removed from the one page.

If you are expecting something done on Google Analytics to result in something not appearing on a page on your site then you are thinking about how it works in a strange way.

Your aim is to do this...

...so use the Google Analytics Filtering functionality to handle it. I believe it might meet the requirement, so take a look at the information on it

If you REALLY don't want the tracking code on the specific page, then you're going to need some custom work done.
