  1. Jim M's post in Pages and numbers ordering issue was marked as the answer
As it is being stored as text, this would be expected as this is how MySQL orders text.
  2. Jim M's post in Online Support notification was marked as the answer
The only means in the Commerce Support ticket system to receive a notification is via email. If you wish to see other alternatives, please leave your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  3. Jim M's post in Links in emails not working was marked as the answer
If you use SendGrid's link tracking, disable that and test again. Likely, it may be malforming the URLs.
  4. Jim M's post in Crossposting - License issue after server change was marked as the answer
I would advise clearing your browser's cache where you're having issues as things seem OK here.
  5. Jim M's post in Upgraded to new version - updating app has locked me out - Any ideas? was marked as the answer
Could I confirm that you were logged out of the ACP before applying the constant and then logged in afterwards?
If so, please provide us access:
We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. Jim M's post in Reply order was marked as the answer
Sorry, the sort order of posts in a topic are static and chronologically sorted. There is no option in the software to change this.
  7. Jim M's post in Member followed by all was marked as the answer

  9. Jim M's post in Can users download there content? was marked as the answer

  10. Jim M's post in Future Publish Date on Edited Topics Breaks was marked as the answer
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

This is, unfortunately, still present in 4.7.3 so I logged another bug for it. Thanks though!
  11. Jim M's post in Registration complete emails? was marked as the answer
This is due to you have customized this language string on your installation: email_reg_complete_pass
You will want to revert that.
  12. Jim M's post in Moderators never see the solution prompt banner was marked as the answer
This is currently intended. The banner and button is for non-staff members. If you would like to see this changed, please leave your suggestion in our Feature Suggestion forum.

  16. Jim M's post in Unable to Delete Users and Sign Up Buttion Broke was marked as the answer
The error on the registration page is related to your CAPTCHA key. It looks like it was changed from our default key so you will want to check that and if you're using a custom key, please ensure it is correct in the CAPTCHA developer area.
You can manage this in ACP -> Members -> Spam Prevention -> CAPTCHA.
  17. Jim M's post in API member customField problem was marked as the answer
You will want to URL encode anything in an URL parameter.
  18. Jim M's post in Upgrade to PHP 8 fails was marked as the answer
As mentioned in the error there, please contact your hosting provider or server administrator as mentioned to install MySQLi PHP extension.
  19. Jim M's post in MariaDB version was marked as the answer
We do not provide specific compatible MariaDB instances but so long as that MariaDB instance is compatible with MySQL 5.6 for Invision Community version 4.5 and 4.7 you should be fine. For Invision Community 4.7, you may want to upgrade that though as 4.7 is compatible with MySQL 8. For my test instance, I run MariaDB 10.6.9 on our latest release and that works.
  20. Jim M's post in The CSS of the search string is broken was marked as the answer
You will want to look at your manually edited theme template files and compare them to the default as something is missing here. Unfortunately, customizations are outside our scope of support so I have moved this to the community support forum where you can receive assistance from other clients.
  21. Jim M's post in CSS files missing was marked as the answer
Only your custom CSS files will appear in the Theme ACP theme editor now. Any questions will be answered here:

  24. Jim M's post in Upgrade Error to latest version was marked as the answer
Seems you're missing files in the /admin/upgrade folder on your server. When going to that on your community, I am being met with a 404 not found error. Please go to the Client Area and download a full set of files then extract these to your local computer and upload the contents of the "ips_****" folder to your server, overwriting what is there.
Once done, go to {base-url}/admin/upgrade in your browser. Be sure to replace {base-url} with the base URL of your community.
  25. Jim M's post in Logo image blurry on Retina screens was marked as the answer
This is how this solution would likely be resolved with an image. Roughly speaking, high-DPI displays have twice as many pixels per inch than their traditional counterparts. For images to look good on those screens, they need to be twice as large.
Currently, to work with an SVG or custom CSS, this would require customization which is outside our scope of support.
