Jim M's post in member getting 'banned' message was marked as the answer
You may wish to try to disable Spam Analysis in ACP -> System -> Smart Community -> Features. To see if this is related to what is happening and Spam Analysis is blocking something here.

Jim M's post in IPS Website advertisements data is wrong. was marked as the answer
As a software provider, we are stating "these are the number of impressions which your ad was served." This is not limited in any manner; this is a raw number of your ad was requested, and it was served. Think of it like raw server statistics. This request was made, it was delivered. We do not persecute between bots, automated traffic, humans who don't opt out of analytics, cookies, or JavaScript like Google Analytics does. You also are getting pure impressions so if you have 10 ads on 1 page, the ad impressions will be 10x higher than your Google Analytics Pageviews.
That is really what we try and provide currently. I am just stating these are different because stating ours is incorrect would be false, we are just measuring it differently than Google Analytics.

Jim M's post in "Unable to Send Private Messages" was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, it looks like the Messages configuraiton for the Paid Member group is set to 0 for all selections so they will not be able to send a message. This is found in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Social tab -> Messages

Jim M's post in Latest PHP Version was marked as the answer
PHP 8.1 is the latest PHP supported by Invision Community. I haven't personally tested 8.1.31 but it should work as it is a part of the 8.1 series.

Jim M's post in Bulk Email was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, there are no means to regulate the number of sends in a timeframe. You can certainly suggest this in our Feedback forum.

Jim M's post in Blinking Text Selector - Edge Browser was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this. It sounds like it may be an extension/plugin of your Edge browser if you cannot reproduce it in Chrome. As Chrome and Edge run the same engine.

Jim M's post in New User to Site Banned was marked as the answer
The IP address listed there is returning a 1 from the Spam Defense so that means they are OK to register.
You do have Spam Analysis turned on, which we have some improvements for in a future release, however, this could be marking something that they are posting as spam. You may wish to disable this temporarily to see by going to ACP -> System -> Smarty Community -> Spam Analysis.

Jim M's post in Archive self-hosted community forum and deactivate license was marked as the answer
Please submit a contact request to our accounts department for assistance with cancelling your license: https://invisioncommunity.com/contact-us
As you’re self hosted, you would just take a backup of the files and database and that will be what you restore should you wish to resume your community. Once you get the backup, you can decommission your hosting.

Jim M's post in Emails thru Invision Community in the Cloud was marked as the answer
Sorry, I am a little confused as to what the issue is here. Our email system would only send email out of your Cloud based community. You cannot send email to it or use an email client to send/receive email from our email servers.

Jim M's post in Bug saving Lifetime Subscription Plan was marked as the answer
While "Lifetime" is unchecked, could you please try checking "Same as initial term" and then check "Lifetime"? I fear this may be the bug that we're not actually clearing that "Same as initial term" field.

Jim M's post in Mod Gone So Now...How? was marked as the answer
Yes, applications basically do the same as plugins and then some so getting rid of plugins is really just “naming”. Wouldn’t really worry about this unless you’re actively developing as it won’t impact you 😉

Jim M's post in Error message Subscriptions are not available but they are disabled was marked as the answer
You had Subscriptions set to require on registration. I enabled Subscriptions for you, disabled the requirement on registration and then disabled Subscriptions again for you.
I have reported this internally as a bug as that requirement should disable when you disable subscriptions.

Jim M's post in All system counts Skewed/Incorrect was marked as the answer
Keep in mind there is not a set number of photos per page as they are designed to fit the page so calculating in that manner may not be accurate.

Jim M's post in PDF attachments result in This attachment is not available. was marked as the answer
You would want to test disabling that and then try again.
If it still is an issue, please ensure that the forum has download permission for the member group.
