  1. Jim M's post in Upgraded to php8 and forum is down was marked as the answer
If there is not an upgradable version compatible with PHP 8, you will need to uninstall it or contact the author for assistance. Third party add-ons are outside our scope of support.
  2. Jim M's post in After IPB 4.7.5 upgrade word expansion is going crazy was marked as the answer
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  3. Jim M's post in 4.7.5 Locked Tasks Issues was marked as the answer
This seems to have been maybe a temporary error as I unlocked them and was able to run them without error. Please let us know if it does come up again. It may be that there is an issue with your CRON if so. I'd suggest ensuring that PHP 8 is running on your cron task command.
  4. Jim M's post in Problem Last urpgrade was marked as the answer
You would then need to contact your language pack author for assistance as this is an issue with the language pack.
  5. Jim M's post in Post login process request parameter _fromLogin=1 was marked as the answer
This cannot be customized, I'm afraid.
  6. Jim M's post in Test URL Reset was marked as the answer
I've moved this to a ticket so we can discuss your objectives here. Please check your email for further correspondence.
  7. Jim M's post in Migration (from self-hosted to cloud): Keep site offline, or just lock it so users can't post? was marked as the answer
It is best to keep the site completely offline to avoid losing any data after you take the backups, this could be anything from setting changes, to password changes, etc... This could be anything a user can change. If you’re worried about offline timeline, please reply back to our migration team and they can give you an outline of what to expect.
  8. Jim M's post in v4.7.1 -> v4.7.4 was marked as the answer
Check your default application (star icon) in ACP > System > Applications. If this was a third party addon which is disabled or reduced permissions, you’ll want to address that or change it.
  9. Jim M's post in Members getting logged in as other members, seeing their PMs, etc was marked as the answer
This would be server caching doing something it is not supposed to. It either was caching whole pages or sessions which results in the behavior you’re describing. This would have been a server configuration fault by the server administrator of the site rather than a software issue. We would never expose other users information in a manner like this.
  10. Jim M's post in Marketplace 1 license for 1 site? was marked as the answer
Licensing is solely up to the authors so it is best to check with them.
  11. Jim M's post in Commerce cart bug, can't add to to cart was marked as the answer
This appears to have been a configuration error when utilizing CloudFlare. If you utilize a proxy, please be sure to enable "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration.
  12. Jim M's post in Cant upgrade and various other oddities was marked as the answer
Have you setup your Twitter login API?

  13. Jim M's post in Error on Upgrade. Cloud Community was marked as the answer
Please go to {your-base-url}/admin/upgrade in your browser to complete your upgrade. We are aware of an issue with that particular version and moving forward will complete the upgrade.
  14. Jim M's post in Display Width was marked as the answer
ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> edit theme -> Custom tab -> Enable "Fluid Width" and then set "Fluid width size (in %)"
  15. Jim M's post in Enabling "post by administrators" was marked as the answer
This would be the "Highlight items with replies" member group setting. That is showing our group icon.
  16. Jim M's post in /api/core/messages/ - Invalid Sender? was marked as the answer
to is required to be an array, not integer so would need to change that in your setup.
  17. Jim M's post in Domain Name Change Request was marked as the answer
Thank you for setting your nameservers. I have applied your domain to your community. While you are all set, it may take a few moments to resolve.
  18. Jim M's post in Clubs user group permissions? Where are they? was marked as the answer
Clubs cannot be joined based on member group at this time. Joining a club is based solely on what type of club it is. You may wish to create a private club and only invite members you want to join. This is a little more manual overhead but would accomplish the same thing.
Otherwise, please leave your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  19. Jim M's post in where are the club's invitations shown? was marked as the answer
Go to the Club -> Members tab -> filter by on the table -> Pending invitations
  20. Jim M's post in custom pages was marked as the answer
This is not possible via our software. The easiest way though is to rename the index.php file to index.php.old then create an index.html file with your message. Then when you're ready to open your site, just delete the index.html file and rename the index.php.old file to index.php.
You can also simply turn the community offline and display a message there but it will not be your custom HTML page. You can turn the community offline by going to ACP -> System -> General Configuration.
  21. Jim M's post in How to re-index Word Expansions? was marked as the answer
Currently, the feature only works moving forward once created, it does not go back and rebuild previous content. You can certainly submit a feature suggestion for this if you wish to see it in a future release.
  22. Jim M's post in Recently switch the URL over for where we host the forum and getting License Key Invalid alert was marked as the answer
Yes, the license key is set to URLs, not the domain so you will need to reset it per the guide here:

  23. Jim M's post in Google Analytics 4 was marked as the answer
We simply provide a spot in the software for the JavaScript include to be placed so yes, it does work 🙂 .
  24. Jim M's post in Remove achievement badge from profile picture? was marked as the answer
There is not. This would require customization, I'm afraid.
  25. Jim M's post in CloudFlare settings was marked as the answer
You have configured CloudFlare to respect headers from origin so it cannot be. You can even disable it via the Developer mode button I showed you to appease. As Randy mentioned too, it could be a third party resource on your Invision Community install causing this so you would want to disable those as well.
