Please ensure that you are upgrading by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Upgrade Now. What ticket are you referring to I sent an email but didn't see an answer if you still have a ticketing system that would be a lot better if so where is it? That's the way I tried to do the update and I received the same errors in addition to the other issues i mentioned in the screen shots.
