I replied to your ticket which you sent in and it looks like some pages are not working on the current release your on. Please ensure that you are upgrading by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Upgrade Now.

(ACP -> System -> Smart Community, is simply an advertisement to let you know about our new features 🙂 )

Support is provided to our clients via email as well as through this forum. There is no separate ticket system.

That's the way I tried to do the update and I received the same errors in addition to the other issues i mentioned in the screen shots. Tks KS
