We use the Word Expansion feature to document the acronyms relevant to our community, nice little feature.

Only problem is that it only seems to work for new posts and it doesn't update any existing posts using the word expansions/acronyms. Is there a way to force it to re-index them all?

Currently, the feature only works moving forward once created, it does not go back and rebuild previous content. You can certainly submit a feature suggestion for this if you wish to see it in a future release.
