I'm afraid, we do not set a _gads cookie, nor do we remove it. I actually see this cookie fine while viewing your community:

  2. Jim M's post in Site appears to be down for certain clients in other locations was marked as the answer
Please check your ticket, we have responded. Anyone else who is encountering this, please clear your browser's cache.
  3. Jim M's post in Client Area --> Email Support was marked as the answer
There have been no changes since we moved to community as our key place to initiate technical support 🙂 . Should a need arise, our team will move your topic to a ticket.
  4. Jim M's post in Overzealous Auto Embeds? was marked as the answer
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. Jim M's post in How do I change the link name of my forums was marked as the answer
As you're on our Cloud, we would need to apply any domains that you have purchased to your community. I see you have a ticket in so I will continue our conversation there.
  6. Jim M's post in Help with User Tracking was marked as the answer
You may need to reach out to someone familiar with Google Tag to ensure you get what you want. While our software does have a place to see and manage some aspects in ACP -> System -> Settings -> Data Layer, creating customized data integrations is not something we support at the moment.
  7. Jim M's post in Guest Albums? was marked as the answer
Albums have a relationship to a user or set of users. As guests are not a user, that relationship is a little complicated to say the least. However, for any changes in the product, feel free to submit a suggestion in the Suggestion forum 🙂
  8. Jim M's post in Oddity since moving forum to new web host. was marked as the answer
This is coming from the third party plugin called Donate Sidebar. It is imposing font selections on your community. You will want to remove any custom fonts and CSS in there or contact the author for assistance.
  9. Jim M's post in [Bug] Topic Summary Sidebar doesn't respect Ignored Members was marked as the answer
This is currently intended in our blocks system. Pretty much everyone receives the same block, to a degree, for performance reasons. Of course, if you would like to see this changed, you can submit a suggestion in our feature suggestion forum.
  10. Jim M's post in How do I get Downloads categories to show content from child categories? was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, there is not a way for this to happen in the core software. Please feel free to submit a Feature Suggestion for further evaluation in a future release.
  11. Jim M's post in Developer AdminCP access was marked as the answer
Please read the following guide on how to give and restrict Administrator access:

  12. Jim M's post in Disabling imagick was marked as the answer
ACP -> Files -> Image Settings. Disabling it fully on your server would be something you want to review with your hosting provider.
  13. Jim M's post in Subscription Purchase, User Not Moved To Correct Usergroups. was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, it is just stating that the group they were in has been deleted. You can view this yourself on the member's profile in the ACP.
It is also worth mentioning that your "Members" group is a protected group in Subscriptions. So that will not change. It looks like this user has "Members" as their primary group so that would also not change. You would need to remove "Members" from being a protected member group in the Subscription settings
  14. Jim M's post in Tag Menu: How to alphabetize? was marked as the answer
This would require customization if you would like to do this at present.
You can of course, provide your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  15. Jim M's post in Confused about how support works now days. was marked as the answer
Support is now started through the community here. The "Help & Support" forum here is managed by our staff and this is the only official support forum which we have. We no longer have priority support but everything else functions the same, our staff still has access to the Client Area to securely access your access details to your community, we can escalate items to tickets with our developers (if needed), etc...
The reason for this change is that we receive a super high percentage of requests/questions which are extremely similar in nature and our clients could benefit from searching a common area for those answers. Additionally, other clients can chime in and report their experience with a particular issue or solution, etc...
Many years now we have been commenting to our clients how great communities are for support and never have been using it to it's full potential so we are now 🙂 .
Just like in a ticket though, we will move items which fall outside our scope of support to the appropriate forum, like performance on your server, to a more suitable forum.
Keep in mind, all support on the community is public now, that is the benefit of doing so.
  16. Jim M's post in Requirement for moderated posts was marked as the answer
You have your Spam Defense set to require moderator approval for individuals who are level 1. This is not recommended as level 1 states that this user is not a spammer. Allowing them to register normally would be recommended.
This is managed in ACP -> Members -> Spam Prevention -> Spam Defense tab.
  17. Jim M's post in Built-in Feature or Report for Detecing Sharing of User Credentials was marked as the answer
There is nothing within the core software which would outline this information in a report like feature (i.e. here's a list of possible individuals sharing passwords/accounts). This would require some form of customization in order to achieve.
  18. Jim M's post in Forum doesnt open after manual upgrade was marked as the answer
It seems you applied the files but didn't run the upgrader. You will need to run the upgrader by going to /admin/upgrade
  19. Jim M's post in Javascript Bugged after add Google Analytics code was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, you still left some code in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Page Output. I have removed that for you now. You will want to insert it in: ACP -> System -> Integrations -> Google Analytics.
  20. Jim M's post in Calender not working anymore was marked as the answer
Please go to ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> reset your custom FURLs there. This is likely the case as these have changed.
  21. Jim M's post in Translations not found was marked as the answer
I've moved this to a ticket so that we can look into this for you. Please see your email for next steps 🙂 .
  22. Jim M's post in Delete Topics after x days without reply was marked as the answer
I'm afraid that there is not. Topics are generally permanent conversations, even those that are without replies and someone could respond in the future. However, if you have a use case, feel free to post this in our Feature Suggestion forum for review for further evaluation for a future release.
  23. Jim M's post in Field for publishing date not available after patch was marked as the answer
Could you please clarify what you mean by "Copy a topic to a frontpage?" What is "frontpage?"
This post may help to outline why it isn't available on edit, however, and may answer your other question:

  24. Jim M's post in Problem with membership and expiration was marked as the answer
Does the user have a PayPal Billing Agreement (aka Subscription) setup and was that how it was paid? Sounds like that is what you are saying but it is quite odd that the payment would be so far delayed. However, if the invoice expired before payment was collected, this would be correct. As the invoice that they attempted to pay is no longer able to be paid. This is another reason why PayPal Billing Agreements are not the best as the two kind of happen separately.
You will want to issue your invoices longer or allow them to not expire, if this continues to happen.
Currently, if you collected the payment in PayPal, you will need to modify the package in Commerce to reflect what happened.
  25. Jim M's post in Should I just disable Facebook Login (error message when trying to login via FB) was marked as the answer
I would advise going through the guide again ensuring you've set it up. Please note that without your Facebook app in live mode, you will not be able to login as anyone other than the Facebook account that setup the Facebook app.
