  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Could I please confirm that this is an unmodified theme? If so, please ensure all access details on file are accurate.
  3. We did just release an alert which was plaguing some users with alerts. Could you please apply the latest patch in ACP -> Support?
  4. Facebook promote was removed in 4.7.4 so the language strings were as well. Are you stating that this functionality is still present for you or are you stating you are trying to look up the keys?
  5. Please switch to an unmodified theme and test again. Please also disable all third party applications/plugins if you're still having issues.
  6. You would need to work with your hosting provider on what is required as a part of that .htaccess. Sounds like that may be where you set your PHP version. Essentially, you need to pair down the .htaccess to the bare minimum as there is something custom in there causing issues.
  7. Thank you, I was able to obtain access now. After investigating this, I have transferred this to a ticket for further investigation by our developers. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  8. That is indeed what is being mentioned 🙂 . You will want to click the "Manual Upload" link here:
  9. Unfortunately, the administrator access details for our software are still invalid. Please verify and update.
  10. You would click the "Create New" button there. If you are uploading a theme, you would click the "Manual Upload" link in the popup modal that will appear.

  12. This is one of our "Real Time" features on our Cloud platform. I'm afraid, this is not available on self-hosted. If you're interested in exploring this and many more of our Cloud features, please see: https://invisioncommunity.com/buy
  13. As you're using a custom theme, I'd test this on an unmodified theme to see if this is still present. If this issue is not present, please contact your theme's author.
  14. Please contact the author for assistance on their add-on. I'm afraid, we cannot answer that. Are you attempting to install via the Marketplace? If so, please ensure it is compatible.
  15. If you do not have a constants.php file, you would need to create one in your community's installation directory 🙂 .
  16. Recovery mode gets enabled through a constant in your constants.php file 😉 . Please read the instructions below: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  17. That would be your command line, not the directory. You will want to run our compatibility checker script to see what PHP is running in the directory.
  18. Please try the recovery mode as this is related to a third party item that is not PHP 8 compatible.
  19. Likely, you are not running PHP 8 in the directory which your Invision Community installation is. You will want to check related configuration files there. Please contact your hosting provider/server administrator for assistance.
  20. A 500 Internal Server Error is like the check engine light on your car. It says something is wrong but not exactly what or where. You will need to go to your server's error log to find the error related to what is happening here. Likely, this is related to an incompatible third party application/plugin. If so, you can try recovery mode here: However, if it is an issue with the core software, we will require the error log entry to proceed.
  21. A blank page is indicative of an error which the server is preventing execution of so you will need to review your server error log entries to see what the issue is. If it is an issue with our software, please create a topic and we can assist you. However, please address all server-related issues with your hosting provider. If you have old/outdated third party applications/plugins that you aren't using, please also uninstall those as they likely aren't compatible with PHP 8 and causing issues.
  22. I'd advise renaming that .htaccess to .htaccess.old and seeing if this improves your ACP access as something is currently wrong on your server preventing this to load.
  23. You’ll want to check your .htaccess and ensure there isn’t anything custom there to test it isn’t interfering. Grabbing a new one from ACP > System > Search Engine Optimization. If that does not resolve it, check if mod_security is enabled and disable it temporarily.
  24. Please be advised, I have moved this to a ticket. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  25. Both the items which I have provided you will resolve this. Your choice which way to go. Keep in mind the theme called “Default” is just a theme which you titled that, it holds no significance in our software. You can create a new theme and it will be unmodified.
