  1. Thank you, please be advised I have moved this to a ticket for further investigation. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  2. You will want to upload all files, please.
  3. Your screenshot above shows that you were not able to connect, I'm afraid.
  4. I would suggest doing the following: Upload a fresh set of files from the Client Area. This will help ensure our files our present from the issue we contacted you privately about. Remove in dev files from the server (they shouldn't be used in a production environment anyway). Please let us know once that is done.
  5. Please ensure that your conf_global.php utilizes the prefix. You may wish to remove any other non-prefixed tables from that database if you are not using them.
  6. Unfortunately, then this would be up to yourself to resolve or hire a server administrator. I'm afraid, server administration is outside our scope of support.
  7. Unfortunately, there are no means to unhide in bulk. If you would like to see this in a future release, please feel free to leave a suggestion for this in our Feature Suggestions forum.
  8. You appear to be missing the following table in your database. This will need to be restored as it is missing key information. Table 'downloadzone_cibk.core_sys_conf_settings' doesn't exist
  9. Please contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance with PHP issues.
  10. Please be advised that there is an issue with your community which is preventing us from providing you support. Please be advised I have brought this into a ticket to discuss privately.
  11. You would need to contact your hosting provider or server administrator to see why PHP is returning this permissions error. I'm afraid, we have no control over this. It could be the owner group/user is not set right, etc...
  12. To be fair, it's the same effort as the Publish feature was too πŸ™‚ .
  13. This is a permissions issue on your server with the tmp directory. Please contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance.
  14. Are these on new items or old items?
  15. Please check for patches in ACP -> Support
  16. Have you applied the latest patch which resolves this issue?
  17. Have you considered our Cloud? You would not need to have to worry about managing files yourself πŸ™‚ . As Terabyte mentioned, you’d want to create a file name constants.php (if you don’t have one) via your hosting panel or FTP/etc…
  18. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  19. As mentioned in the Guide, you would add this to your constants.php file on your file system. If you do not have one, you would create one.
  20. Were you able to run recovery mode? Could you please clarify if you are still having issues?
  21. We are currently assisting you in your ticket πŸ™‚ . Please watch your email for further updates.
  22. That would be the only way to control the license key.
  23. Be sure to change the database too, not just the URL πŸ˜‰ . You can do that in the ACP -> System -> License Key. But overall, that should work to setup a test URL.
