  1. Please could you provide step by step as to how you are signing up? I know that sounds a strange request, but we are not able to replicate it on your site. When you attempt signup with twitter, it is indeed asking. Also, note we cannot assist further with modifications in place

  3. Twitter we are seeing no issue with, however googles you dont actually have the option selected, which is why you are having issues. We cannot assist with modified software, and we would not advise on the above in any case as you are commenting out security related items.

  12. This wasnt an issue with the webhook secret in this case, so you can ignore the above. These should retry. It looks like there was an issue with the blocking of stripe, which has now been resolved. We are also working on a solution to prevent reoccurrence of this in the future.

  16. Its interesting, as Ive seen many sites launched on the back of social media. I think the key (and probably the biggest pain point) is finding that reason people want to move from social media and engage on your community. Working with social media platforms rather than seeing them as a competitor will always serve an advantage. After all, they are likely your single largest source of traffic, especially in the initial period of community building.

  19. In your case, it sounds like there werent actually 2 payments. Please could you confirm this?
  20. There has been issues noted only today, however prior to that there wasnt actually an issue on this one. These were setup issues. Have you checked your secret is set up correctly here? AdminCP > Commerce > Payments > Settings > Payment Methods > Stripe If not, you need to check that first. If it is, you need to submit a topic in the correct support area
