For some reason when it's on, everyone complains that uploads are very slow. Takes a long time. I know plupload works in the back of invision power, so I don't know how the upload process or flow of data works. I just know when CF is on, people are upset. I just want to bypass all of it for upload files to downloads app, while still using it for other stuff.
I did manage to fix it for downloading files from downloads app using a similar approach. But I can't quite get it right for uploads.

I want to make sure that the CDN (cloudflare in this case) completely ignores any of it's interventions when my users are trying to upload files to my site (to the downloads app)
I tried this:
path: *mysite.com/index.php?/files/submit/* rules: Disable Security, Security Level: Essentially Off, Cache Level: Bypass, Disable Zaraz, Disable Apps, Disable Performance
But no luck. Is there a specific path I should use?
The rules are perfect, but I am not using the right path. Does anyone know what path should be used so all of these rules will apply and not interfere with someone trying upload files? -

Every time I have been able to replicate it in testing it has involved being impatient during registration and smashing buttons. If you try this enough times it will happen again for you. But I have not yet found a way to consistently reproduce.

Is this possibly the root cause?
Doesn't that impact invision power? Is there some fix?

Unfortunately my site is a business and my business shuts down without 3rd party.
I do have a test site, and I have been trying to isolate the cause of the issue on the test site without the need to shut down my business on the live site. If I manage to figure it out I will let everyone know in case it can help someone else.

I realize we have already been around the circle on this one but I just wanted to document the most aggressive example of this. While it might be some 3rd party plugin causing this I have not yet identified it. I know others are having similar issue so if you solve, please don't forget to share your solution .

Yes it has always been set to never.
I will have to carefully look at third party plugins.
I don't have many that deal with members / followers. -

UI is saying 85 (she got 1 more follower since I made this thread)
UI on backup has all 4000K followers.
I have not pruned any members. I never prune members.

This is just a really weird one. I have no idea how on earth this could have happened.
She had 4000+ followers in a yesterday backup. -

I don't think so. The couple that I thought might have been related, I just confirmed with @Adriano Faria that they are unrelated.

This not having an IPS market place thing is NOT working out.
I deeply dislike this.
Today I decided I wanted to buy "sort by most reactions" from Michael J
- Ok fine, have to make a new account on his site... makes sense, no problem. BUT Get told I cannot make an account after trying to register. ARGH
- Decide to register with a different email .. WORKS
- put product in cart and and paid with Paypal!
- return to Michael J site, product NOT AVAILABLE For download
- try to use CONTACT link, NOT ALLOWED TO UPLOAD Image receipt
- Upload image to a host site here (edited for privacy) Still can't submit
- Try to post anyway in contact form and get reCAPTCHA can't send message. CANT POST
- Can't get my product, can't contact anyone... no idea what to do now
This is unacceptably bad. I am out $10 and have nothing to show for it. PLEASE @Michael.J help.

Just wondering if we have ended the aggressive release schedule for 4.x in favor of focus on 5.x?
If so, I consider that a blessing as personally I dislike always falling behind due to frequent releases. Will be nice to have a break. Maybe we can just have bug fixes, and security flaws fixed as needed instead of forcing monthly releases.

Maybe members who never finished validating could perhaps be the issue, as you've suggested.
