    Pending approval:
    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This plugin was created to extend functionality provided by @newbie LAC's existing (NB40) Separate Pinned Topics plugin and therefore requires that you have already purchased and use that plugin. Do not purchase this plugin if you are not already using the above plugin. What does this plugin do?
Using jQuery, provides functionality for the 'Pinned Topics' section to be automatically collapsed when a forum's index page is loaded. Admin has the ability to ensure that 'Featured' and 'Unread' pinned topics are always displayed. control the speed at which the expand/collapse effect takes place (slow or fast) User can click on the 'Pinned Topics' header to expand/collapse the listing of topics. Note:
This plugin has been developed with the IPS default theme in mind, and has not been tested on any other themes. If you are using a theme which has made changes to the html upon which this plugin acts, and it fails to work as a result, then please post in the Support Topic and provide a link to your site for review.

    You're overthinking it ?
Anyway....as mentioned....next release has a few additional items in it which make loads of choices possible.
There will also be an enhancement to the change I made with v1.0.5 - that change was needed because I found a problem with the plugin affecting posting replies to a topic, and that's a show-stopper for forums hence the release. That change, however, also affects the displaying of an ad when using pagination - that will be resolved in the next release.

Nice one...thanks for purchasing. I'll do an update soon to hide that paragraph setting for enabled = off though. ?

That was the issue. I had to have the ad enabled and have it set to custom for it to show up. Thank you. Now I can see the custom placements :).

Have you tried toggling that 'Enable' option? Have to ask the obvious, based off the screenshot.

And only ads with a 'custom' location will be available as within the content is a custom location.

Nathan Explosion got a reaction from kindermix in Upgrade from IP. 3.4.x to IPS4.0 (updated)
A little tip regarding the setting up of the CRON job to handle the tasks for rebuilding - I upgraded my 3.4.7 test site, containing ~56,000 topics/2,600,000 posts, to RC3 on Wednesday and calculated out that the rebuilding tasks would take close to 72 hours to complete even with the CRON job set to every 1 minute (was seeing only a .02% increase every minute for the posts rebuild)

The smallest interval that a CRON job can run at is every 1 minute - but there is a way to go lower: sleep xx; (where xx is the number of seconds to wait before running the command after the ; )
I have 3 CRON jobs now set up to run the tasks, each every minute - first one is as presented by IPS when viewing the CRON options within the ACP, but the other two have sleep 20; and sleep 40; added prior to the same command.
Result: the task processing was down to every 20 seconds, and I started seeing a .05%/.06% increase every minute for the posts rebuild as a result. So if you are in a position to know that running faster than a minute will not impact your hosting, then give it a try.
Note: once the rebuild is complete, no real need to keep the extra 2 so just revert back to having the 1 running every minute.

    Yup.
So you are aware...that functionality is now available in the editor natively for video files as of IPS 4.3. You don't need the plugin if you are running 4.3 - I know that potentially costs me a sale hehe

Should be able to - I do some similar stuff in this plugin to what I do in my HTML5 audio/video player, so I'll take a look.
Now that is going to be a bit more difficult - the ad is placed between paragraphs, not within a paragraph. If you can come up with a html example of what you want to achieve, then I can take a look to see if it's possible here.

    awesome plugin,
i was using this kind of inpost ads, if you use a google ads with text only type you'll have more clics and more ads revenue !
    a suggestion by the way,
can you add an option to show the ads in latest post too in addition of first ?

I haven't put the resize functionality in for the audio player, as I didn't see a reason for it.....you're not looking at the audio, unlike the video.
Is this something you would need then? Could you explain why, just for my own curiousity.

    Thank you!
As i figured it out though, it was a problem with 'm4a' file format. I converted those big files to mp3 and it solved this issue.

Yes, you would have to wait for it to download before it can be played.
If you have the preload setting for audio set to either None or Metadata, then it will begin downloading when you click play. If you set it to Auto then it will begin downloading when you load the page (and therefore the player)
