  1. How long after installation did you test? (Poll information is cached, so it may take a little while for the plugin to have an effect) You could show me your settings so I can see what you have configured for the plugin. What version of IPS? What version of the plugin? "The settings do not allow exemptions" - yes, it does....hence why no.1 is important here. What group are a) you and b) your friend in? Update: testing it out now, and looks like something has changed in templates since I released this for IPS 4.5 but I would still like response to the above for further testing please.
  2. You should be reading the "Limits per customer" section - highlighted the important bits.
  3. How many user licenses do you have in your Google Workspace account?
  4. No typo - I am seeking to confirm when you can generate the error. Your last post there goes against this statement now: Are you now saying that you DO get an error when "Ignore Topics" is disabled? OK - seen your edit now might confirm my suspicion.
  5. Thanks for that - just to confirm: "Ignore Topics" enabled "(NE) Hide Content" enabled No settings applied in "(NE) Hide Content" (as per your provided screenshots) Result: the error you are seeing. Is that correct? @mark2012 - as you've said that you have the same error...do you have "Ignore Topics" also installed?
  6. Yes, helpful but it's not that one that I am wondering about actually. This is of more interest in your error stack: #13 /var/www/html/105119/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(152): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\ignoretopics_hook_forumController->execute() Do you have Adriano's "Ignore Topics" application installed? Or is it something else - if so, what is it? And the final thing - disable whatever that is. Does the issue still occur?
  7. Can't reproduce so far. I'd like to see your error message, please - there is something in the one you say is exactly the same which I want to check on your side too. Also, can you send me a link to a topic so that I can look at the actual content of it?
  8. @IceCore I have your issue figured out. If you are self-hosted, and have FTP access, I can provide you with a patch file - send me a PM if you would like the details. @mark2012 I'll try to reproduce what you are seeing, based on the information you have provided.
  9. Show me ALL your settings. Also...
  10. System -> (Settings) Email Settings -> Advanced Settings....change the details there.
  11. Great information - I'll take a look at lunch time. Again, great information - I've reproduced your issue using a Q&A forum, so can work on a fix for that one for v3.1.3 @typography@mark2012 - please review the last few posts and determine if the error message you are seeing matches up to IceCore's scenario. If it doesn't then please provide me with more detail on how to reproduce your issue.
  12. Can I get the same details from you guys as I asked the previous reporter? What are your settings? The more detail you provide, the quicker a fix comes out, as I cannot reproduce this myself (I run it live on my own site)
  13. Unfortunately, I am going to have to throw the towel in on this one at this time - just can't see a way to get it to work on a production site, and I'm going goggle-eyed trying to find an 'in' on this one now. Are you self-hosted? If so then I can send you a PM with the steps which can be followed to remove the small block of JS code that has the hardcoding of the setting of the variables which the actual truncation code uses to do its stuff, to use at your own risk.
  14. "Open Bug Bounty" is what I have assumed is this -> https://www.openbugbounty.org/
  15. @IceCore - I can't reproduce this yet. Can you answer the following questions for me please? When you are viewing the topic, are you a 'guest' or are you logged in? On your 'Forum's tab, you are excluding some forums from being affected by the application. With regards to the topic you are viewing is it in one of those excluded forums? Is the forum, in which the topic is located, configured for normal discussion or is it a Q&A forum? You have Pages installed, which means that you could store comments for Pages records in a forum topic. Is the topic you are viewing associated with a Pages database for this purpose? If you can send me a link to a topic then I can take a closer look too.
  16. Perfect, thank you - I'll do a little testing out with your settings later today.
  17. Thanks - just to rule it out of the equation, please do the following: Disable this 'marktopics' application (I don't know what application this actually is, so I am not going to assume it is called 'Mark Topics') Wait a minute Open up a topic that will trigger this error and confirm, yes or no, if the issue still occurs Provide a full screenshot of the error being displayed, not a copy/paste or a cutdown version of it, please.
  18. How are you being told - are you testing against a site which checks for vulnerabilities or have you received an email?
  19. Set up a CRON job, as per settings in the ACP
  20. Do you see the files called in the page source or not? Forget about what the script itself is going to do - check the page source. If they are loading there, then worry about the content...if they aren't, then you haven't got the call to them correct.
  21. Show the files, and their locations, then...give more detail than you are providing.
  22. That statement only isn't going to get much of a response - you're going to have to show your code (how you are calling the JS file, where it is stored etc)
  23. Can I have some context to this please - I am assuming that you are reading a forum topic, but please confirm. What are you doing at the time? Anything other than reading? What are your settings? EDIT: In amongst that stack is the following: #3 /home/xxxxxxx.com/public_html/boards/init.php(893) : eval()'d code(15): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\marktopic_hook_code_forums_modules_front_topic->manage() #4 /home/xxxxxxx.com/public_html/boards/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(101): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\hook448->manage() So this might be a conflict with another plugin/application -> 'marktopic' - so I am going to need more detail from you on this one please.
  24. I haven't released it yet...as I said, I have been building the functionality in to the APPLICATION version of that plugin. I will be submitting it to the MarketPlace over the next few days.
  25. It's incorrect information - 'Tags' = tags on content items. It has nothing to do with @Mentions functionality. I've been building this functionality in to the application version of this: Example:
