Interesting. The staging site was a little "oh we could do this too" most people are interested in design and SSO.

For cloud customers, I suppose SSO isn't useful? I mean we can't add anything on top of our Invision Community software, right? 

Many clients need to integrate with external platforms. They might have a website or some sort of client login system. It's actually our most common customization we do 🙂 

We have soft launched this service at $129/month plus an implementation fee that varies a bit based on needs. We will post more information soon!

Is the addon something you can add on for say a month then remove?
Just thinking that when v5 comes out, something I didn’t completely slipped my mind when moving to the cloud, was not having that dev site to build a theme ready to go. 😬
I don’t stray too much from the default theme in general, easier on the regular upgrades. A staging site though would be helpful, however it’s something that I would only really find useful for say a week or two at most post v5 launch.
For myself, there isn’t anything else in this addon that I would use to be honest which kind of expensive, unless I can just do a month, a one off I could stomach the cost.

Bounce Management is coming in May. For Cloud customers, we are adding the ability for you to view reports on bounced/complaint emails, take action on member accounts (purge them or mark them as no notifications), and unblock emails that our platform may be refusing to email.

ACP > System > Smart Community > Features
Then click on Settings under the Live Topics space. Set the groups that can host and moderate live topics.
Once that is done, hosts can find the option in the ModCP. 

How can I access Live Topics? Its not in the moderator control panel and I have the latest update.

When you are ready, please share how translating Invision Community 5 will work. Since whatever system you will use has a huge impact throughout the lifetime of version 5, I hope you present your ideas as soon as possible (and allow feedback from native speakers of various languages) to make translating Invision Community 5 more flexible than it is now.

Just to clarify that the Authy code still exists and can still be used, but you cannot create a new 2FA with it.
If you wanted to set up a new 2FA with Twilio, then you would use the Verify API.
But if you are using Authy, nothing changes, although Twilio have now deprecated the API and at some point will remove it. I'd hope they'd let you know in good time if/when they do.

I use push and app without any problem, and they send sms to me also without any problems... Indeed very strange. Nothing in my email about that and nothing on their website either as I could find in a hurry..

I'm using Authy all the time on both my sites. Why do you remove them? Could not find any other info about that anywhere here..

Invision Community 5
Thank you for sharing your excitement and eagerness to hear what version 5 is all about. For now, we have begun work in some areas and are still planning and scoping in others. We are not quite ready to share specific updates at this time but promise to once the time is right.
 
Finally, for those that like to see what we are up to line by line, here is the changelog for the week for version 4.

This could certainly be interesting to us. The theming design stands out, as do the zoom calls and opportunities for q&a's etc in terms of service add-ons that we'd probably jump all over. The staging package would be really useful as well - that's one thing we miss since moving to the cloud - it's been odd and slightly un-nerving not having that testing stage before making live changes!

We are getting many requests from clients looking for extra services from us. We are developing a enhanced services add-on package that we hope would do that. This would be a monthly addition to your current package plus an initial setup fee. Right now the inclusions being considered are:
Custom SSO setup Ongoing SSO maintenance  Theme design Ongoing theme design maintenance  2 onboarding Zooms 2 Zooms per year Priority email support Second package for use as a staging site. Ability to duplicate live site to staging. Private forum on community for direct Q&As and previews with us. Pricing is not yet firmed up but we were thinking in the range of $100 - $200 per month as an addon fee as you are getting quite a lot with the service.
Any thoughts or feedback? Obviously this is not for everyone but just thought I would see general impressions. Even if you are not personally interested please feel free to let me know if you think there is value here. Thanks!
