  1. Yes. I have. I do not get any emails. Neither from this community nor tickets. I cannot see any attempts to deliver emails in my mail logs on the server. I use my best email here. There are no issues with any other services, websites or private mails. 😉 Only mails from IPS are not delivered.

  4. I have created a date / time field in Pages. I need to show the date and time exactly the user enters this. So if a user enters 15/08/2015 in 13:45 it should be shown to all as 15/08/2015 in 13:45 to all users and guests. The field stores a birthdate and birth time of a child. It should not show 14/08/2015 to someone who is in another timezone. It should not be replaced by 16/08/2015 if the user and community time differ. The birthday is birthdate and is unchangeable. 😉 So is the time of birth. If you travel around the world, your birthdate, and time will not change in your papers depending on the timezone. It is firm. I have checked all three timezone settings. And it seems I am unable to enter “unchangeable” date. Every setting modifies the date and time for me or for other users. Question: would it be possible to display the date and time exactly as the user entered it in the field? No changes and corrections at all. Like a plain text.

  6. Have you rebuilt search index in ACP? Take a look at core_search_index in your database. Can you see your record there?
  7. Do you use elastic or MySQL search? MySQL cannot search by one character. Elastic - does.
  8. This is correct. I have one category that I do not need. This category was created automatically, and I cannot delete it. No entries should be added to this category. This database is only for club features. 😉 The entries should be added only from inside the clubs. If I remove Add permission for the database, then entries cannot be added from the clubs as well. If I allow Add permission for the database, the entries can also be added to this default category. The desired behavior is: Allow adding entries if there is a club feature. Do not allow adding entries to the default category that does not belong to any club. I hope, it is clear now. 😉
  9. I have created a database that should be used only in clubs as a feature. There should not be entries that do not belong to the clubs. But there is a default category, created with the database automatically. And I cannot delete this category. I have checked Set Custom Permissions on the category. But I am unable to set custom permissions even after I have checked it. This is what I miss: This entry is not shown for the default category in the database, marked as used in clubs. The goal is: do not allow creating database entries outside clubs features. How to achieve it?
  10. I have created a database where the title field is of type date. I have managed to change the display within the database templates by using listing and display format. But this is not respected in other areas of the suite. The places where the format is not respected are profile activity list, notifications, title-tag of the record (browser tab). It always displays MM/DD/YYYY. This format is weird for us in Europe (or the rest of the world 😁). We always expect the day before the month. If we see 01/11/2024, we think “oh, it's the 1st of November”. You, over there in the USA, think “perfect, the 11th of January”. 😉
  11. Addition: there are plenty of niche social media like vk.com, Telegram, WeChat and so on. They come and go. I wish we could freely create a custom list of social media accounts and just define font-awesome icon. This would stop requests to add “another social media profile”. You will save time to decide if it is worth and then implement. And we could make it on the fly. And at the end of the day, we all be happy and free. 😁

  13. It is on the test installation. 😞 It does not work on clean localhost as well. I do not want broken links on the live installation. But if this is the only possibility to replicate it for you, I can create a database on my live installation.
  14. I have created a new database. Guests have permission to See Database and View Records Guests have permission to View Page where the database is placed. A new feature from the database is added to the club, and Members that can view this page is set to All. Allow Search Engines to index this category is enabled. Result: Guests cannot see the category (neither search engines)
  15. You need a page. The database itself has no url, the page has. If there is no URL, nothing can be accessed or searched.

  17. Yes, cron is set and configure to run every minute. No errors in system logs. Tasks are neither blocked nor failed in AdminCP logs. The only recurring error I can see is failed email notifications (timeout) for the topics with large number of followers. That's why I think it could be related. However, this is about notification list and not emails. I am not sure if they depend on each other in some way.
  18. I can understand the concerns very well. This is not an easy decision. I hope IPS will give a good and smooth workflow for switching. The reason I have changed it on my 20 years old project was seeing unsuccessful attacks on old accounts. I have seen failed logins spread around the whole world by some user accounts. Sometimes 20 a day from Europe, Asia, and Africa. Nobody can travel this way. 😁 It has stopped after I have switched to the email-login. I assume the bots see the display names. This is a half of the valid login information. Then go and try passwords. If passwords are easy or common, they succeed.
  19. I do not have an issue, but one question: do you allow signing in with display name?
  20. We have an issue with notifications (bell on the site) are lagging. There is a new message in the topic, the topic is highlighted in bold. The user already read it, but the notification to the list comes later. I do not know how and whether it is related to our email notifications issue. But users have started to complain around the time we have started to get timeout error in email logs. I am trying to understand who is “responsible” for this: our server that is too slow to deliver notifications any settings in IPS I have made or overseen that can throttle notifications IPS not able to handle large number of notifications at once slow AWS SMTP connection (if related to another issue) Any idea? Thank you!
  21. I can confirm, it is a cookie error. I have NOT cleared the cache. I have only deleted cookies, and it works right now.
  22. I am writing from mobile. Your community invisioncommunity.com is not accessable from my desktop chrome right now. The same error, redirecting to admin/install. No issues with incognito mode.
  23. This should work. It is an active clickable link. Check if you have selected: Allow any links apart from the links specified. Then check if the group in question has Bypass word and link filters? disabled. Just of curiosity, why would you like to moderate spam links instead of blocking them?
