Sounds like you're just trying to annoy a handful of people who're not kind by nature, and end up sacrificing the patience of the kind majority.

If someone reports a PM, the specific message reported shows in the report center.  If you click on the title of the PM, it lets you view the FULL PM conversation along with a list of all people that are part of the conversation.  That conversation is only viewable if it is reported.  

It's already there and enabled by default. Works exactly the same as with forum posts.

This is something that intentionally runs in the background. It can take time on larger sites. I See it started yesterday, and can take some time to complete.

I have actually seen this come up on another site, so got a ticket created for you on this. Someone will be in contact once we have taken a look

So I see unfinished tasks in my dashboard.  I don't like that.

Then some punk "program" tries to stop me.  I built this forum, da**it!

On a side note - just upgraded to 4.7 and the process was painless; I am excited to learn about the Data Layer interface!

I've toggled the third-party "Improved Clubs Ehancement" app off and on over the past few weeks while extensively testing club functionality.  Sometimes I would see the behavior above and sometimes I wouldn't. 
I thought I had disabled the third-party app on all my sites earlier today and it looks like one site (the one that I made the screenshots above) hadn't actually been disabled even though I clicked on it.  Any site where the app is enabled the above behavior presents itself.  The moment I disable the app the above behavior disappears.  I have gone ahead and filed a bug report with the developer.

It looks like your CSS files are messed up. If rebuilding the cache did not fix it, my guess is there is either a file ownership issue or a permissions settings issue with your site files. 

Its only set to open when you click on edit from the admin CP. It doesnt open that way when visited from the front end using a normal link. The reason it opens that way from the admin CP is that the intention of that button is to edit the page

Tip: Create the block in the ACP as Pages block. That way, nothing you do on the front-end can kill it. 

I decided what I am going to do.
Parser will GET to https://my.url/api/cms/records/{database_id} pulling all records in the table, not locked(reserved) for another parser. Parser will figure out which record it wants to work on. Parser will GET to https://my.url/api/cms/records//{database_id}/{record_id} to see if the record is still unlocked. Parser will POST to https://my.url/api/cms/records/{database_id}/{record_id} locking the record.  This will prevent it from being offered to others.   There may be a chance another parser locks the record between step 3/4, but I can code to minimize that.  There would be no more than a few parsers running and the tasks can take many minutes.
