What happens to those browsers who don't? Do they still see the original image? (jpeg for example)? Or do they see no image at all?

When I get up in a morning I'm faced with a list of emails that have dropped in overnight. I'll flick through them but won't invest any more time in them than I have to as I start my day. If I was sat (for example) in the morning and at 10am an email dropped in from a forum I was a member of I'd invest significantly more time and interest in clicking into it, having a nosey round the forum and links I'd been sent. I'd definitely not be doing that at 10:30pm at night when my email drops in. I see it drop in then, click it, read it, and forget about it and it's then in my 'read' emails so isn't fresh the next morning anyway. The ability to send out digest emails for yesterdays activity at 10am for example would be amazing for me and I would be it would be far far more valuable with regards to getting click throughs onto my forums.

I don't use either. I get what your member was saying about the clubs thing. If your forum relies on keeping traffic moving through threads it seems strange to take some of the talk away into a club

Mine keep coming after 10pm which is pretty pointless. Shame the time of the start of the email run can't be specified

My digest emails are going out approx 10pm at night which isn't ideal Is there anywhere I can change the time they go out?

I've had my forums for years but rarely if ever have used the bulk mail option. The reason is that I think I lost the template that comes with the forum software or something as the emails I send out just aren't responsive. The images I include stretch way beyond the viewable window of the device the reader is using. The text is also too small to read if I do include an image. So basically I guess I'm asking did the forum software come with a basic default mail template to use that is a responsive one? ps - this issue with images also applies to all outgoing emails not just bulk emails - the same issue is in notification emails and daily digest emails if they contain any images posted on the forums? Hope you can help as I really need to use the bulk email but don't want to send out any non-responsive emails to members

Does this plug in still work with the current version? If so I think I will buy it..

Thanks @Daniel F- will do it now I've done a screenshot of the archive settings which also don't make any sense to me either - have I lost topics somewhere that affects the archive system?

Thank you Daniel I just ran the query and it came up with Rows matched: 1 Changed: 1 Warnings: 0 I'm guessing that means it didn't' really do much? Just went to system and click the search button and got this.. Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I'm not having much luck today ha ha

I will try to explain this as best I can as it's a really weird one. Have had a forum since about 2004 I think, and over that time have made many mistakes with the database and categories but I've found that I have many topics and threads on the site that don't appear, and I think it's because they don't have any parent category attached for them to appear in. (this is a guess at this stage) This could have come about when archiving and unarchiving, whilst at the same time deleting parent categories and leaving the topics/posts homeless (yes I know - I messed up) So I know the stuff is there, it's in the database somewhere but the topics just aren't showing on the forums at all. I'd really like to resurface them (maybe in a new parent category set to private so I can moderate them if needed) Does this make any sense at all?

Does anyone have any ideas on this one? I just got a notification email through from my forum as I'd had a reply on the forum, and it contained an image from the topic in question, except the image went waaaaay out of the sides of the screen due to the email not being responsive. Am I doing something wrong in my forum settings? (I have two forums - both do the same thing) Does anyone know how to make the emails responsive, the images fit the screen, and the text size legible?

Have cleared cache and it's still occuring. Seems to be only whilst using Chrome browser though which is really strange. I'm just testing it now, post a new topic, put a photo in there and some text, hit submit button and the page refreshes but the only button then working is the main page banner. The quick reply box and everything else is just totally unresponsive. Very frustrating

I'm getting the same warnings from Google too about those issues

If someone with a Safari browser visits a site with Webp images on there does it still display the images but as Jpg or does it show a blank space where the image should be? I'm using Cloudflare and there's an option to enable webp images but I dont' want to do it if someone with a non supported browser can't see my images?

HI all, I'm trying to set up Twitter promotion on my forum In ACP I click onto social media promotion/twitter promotion and then click the 'link your user account' button The page then flicks to an error page: Sorry, there is a problem EXPECTED_KEY_NOT_PRESENT Error code: 4C375/1 Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
