    Couple of things having installed, used, and really liking this plug in

    1) All my posts made in forums automatically are made by random members and not the member I designated in the admin CP? That causes great confusion as members post 'I didn't post that!' etc

    2) It would be great for an embed in forums instead of a thumbnail

    The software does hide the posts of the "global ignored" poster from view but if there are 2 pages of posts in a thread and you take out the globally ignored posters posts from that thread making the thread only 1 page in length the thread will still show everyone that it is 2 pages but produce an error when they go to the second page.

    The software is somewhat successful but the error messages make the user experience annoying and make users question why.

     

     



    This is the exact same situation on my forum also

    I've had to disable this plugin until it's resolved

    Hi there,

    My videos app is working great and I'm really happy with everything apart from the size of the thumbnail created in the discussion topic?

    The thumbnail size of the video app is fine
    The thumbnail size in the discussion topic is tiny - I'd like it to fill the width of the post - is this possible?

    Looks like I have to sort out the email issue as many members  on my community don't have their correct emails in the system



  5. I've put a 1 month free trial of my subscriptions on my site


    Couple of questions:

     

    1) What's to stop a member taking the free trial, then taking another free trial, then another free trial etc?

    2) None of those having a free trial have put any payment info in - is that done at the end of the free trial?

    3) Do the invoices for subscriptions get PM'd to the member or just emailed? (I have many with incorrrect email addresses and they won't update to their real ones)

    Oh! I thought you meant for someone else to purchase a subscription for someone else.

    To give people subscriptions go into your Admin panel and create an invoice. Mark it as already paid so they don't have to pay for it. When the subscription runs out it will ask that they renew to keep it up.

    Ive' never done invoices before like that - how do you attach it to a particular feature/service?

    I can create an invoice but can't see how to get it to relate to a subscription
