Based on the error you're missing a blog category. Was this a clean installation or an upgrade from v4?

@Marco Junior I got the same thing I just downloaded the beta again from client area and it worked fine don't think the beta file from client area was all there when I first downloaded it.

I believe that this does not resolve my problem, because I reinstall full IC5 and this appear on the page.

Have you deleted any categories? If yes, how exactly? Something went wrong and the category wasn't set to NULL while the deletion.

No, as I mentioned I did a clean install.
After the installation was complete I took the backup data from the first installation, since the data is my game guides.
So I sent this data to the table and then this error appeared.
Since then it has never gone away!

Which means, it's not a clean install. Anyway, you'll need to update the blog_entries database table and update the entry_category_id value for all entries with a not existing category.

Stupid question maybe you the advice of not upgrading a production site to a beta, just curious though, is there any thoughts of upgrading this forum here to the 5 beta, or not until it’s ready for public release?

We certainly will do that at some point. Actually we do tend to do our site before the public release. Not quite yet though 🙂

Hi @Marc, just want to know if the public release will means we (self host) can upgrade to v5 automatically like currently we upgrade v4 versions?

It may be a fresh set of files need to be uploaded to upgrade to v5.

Yes, lots of thoughts. We want to do it but there's a few things to consider such as our entire website is Pages and there will need to be minor CSS tweaks. We also link up with the client area (which will be on v4 for a while) along with a bucket of customisations for various things. It's on our list but not as simple as just running the upgrader.
