Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
4joys Posted July 30 Posted July 30 After updating to v4.7.18 Beta 2 I get the following error: Error: Class "RedisException" not found (0) I'm not using Redis and don't have Redis configured in Advanced Configuration in my admin panel. How can I get my community back up?
Randy Calvert Posted July 30 Posted July 30 This looks to be a known issue with the beta. You might want to restore from backup. 4joys 1
Marc Posted July 31 Posted July 31 If you havent restored already, we will have a new beta out very shortly which you can overwrite with and run the upgrader for 4joys 1
Solution Stuart Silvester Posted July 31 Solution Posted July 31 4.7.18 Beta 3 is now available, please upgrade to address this issue. SeNioR- and 4joys 1 1
4joys Posted July 31 Author Posted July 31 Thank you, the upgrade did the trick. I appreciate the support.
kenneth andrew Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Hi When I try to upgrade to Version 4.7.18 I get this message Manual action required There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance. How do I fix this as it's never happened before?

You will want to download the files and then upload them to your server, overwriting what is there. Once the upload is processed, go to {baseurl}/admin/upgrade in your browser and finish the process. Typically, the issue for this to happen is a permissions issue on the server. If you are unsure how to resolve this, please contact your hosting provider. kenneth andrew 1
