4joys
After updating to v4.7.18 Beta 2 I get the following error: Error: Class "RedisException" not found (0) I'm not using Redis and don't have Redis configured in Advanced Configuration in my admin panel. How can I get my community back up?
Randy Calvert
This looks to be a known issue with the beta. You might want to restore from backup. 4joys

You will want to download the files and then upload them to your server, overwriting what is there. Once the upload is processed, go to {baseurl}/admin/upgrade in your browser and finish the process. Typically, the issue for this to happen is a permissions issue on the server. If you are unsure how to resolve this, please contact your hosting provider. kenneth andrew
