But if the software is unable to connect to facebook, we have no control in any way to resolve that issue. Cloudflare is inbound protection only as it integrates via DNS. Your server communications to other sites is outbound. The server cannot route outbound requests through CF. I have created a ticket for you, so we can get more information on what you are doing, as I see you have issues with twitter also there that is also not set up correctly. I'm afraid, we cannot act on your behalf and communicate with others outside of those items though.
