Normally you can highlight a piece of someone's comment and it grabs it as a "quote" and inserts it into your reply. Now it when you hit "quote" it just jumps to the top of the page and when you scroll down there is no quoted material. Any help is much appreciated! Attached is a screen record of the action. Your custom theme looks quite broken, most likely it's not compatible with the version you're on. Can you reproduce the issue on the default IPS theme?
