Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Teddy Rogers Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 Files being uploaded to Downloads are now being saved with prefixes such as this at the beginning of the file name, "1125925611_". Did I miss something in a recent update and can this be disabled? Ted.
Jim M Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 Could you please provide us an example URL of the content piece which contains this file? (not the direct link to download the file itself) We are investigating another instance of something similar so want to have these reviewed if it is indeed the same issue.
Teddy Rogers Posted August 31, 2022 Author Posted August 31, 2022 Try this link: https://forum.tuts4you.com/files/file/2337-arteam-tutorials/ Below is how the files are named in the Downloads folder. Oddly the PinMe! file does not have the prefix when you download from Downloads... Ted.
Marc Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 We have a ticket for this on another site, so we are aware of the issue. This will be resolved in a future release of the software
Teddy Rogers Posted August 31, 2022 Author Posted August 31, 2022 Any further details on this, what is the cause and what triggered it? Ted.

Hey Ted, The AdminCP credentials we have on file don't have enough permissions to access the AdminCP. Could you temporarily upgrade the account and let me know?
Teddy Rogers Posted August 31, 2022 Author Posted August 31, 2022 @Stuart Silvester the account information I have updated, using the new account details provided in the AdminCP Get Support link. If you have any further problems let me know... Ted.
Teddy Rogers Posted September 2, 2022 Author Posted September 2, 2022 Have you finished with this support account? Ted.
Marc Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 @Stuart Silvester would still likely need the account until he lets you know of this, so I would leave it in place for the time being

Hi Teddy, Sorry for the delay over the holiday weekend. Could you update your FTP/SFTP credentials for us? I need to take a further look into this. I'm unable to reproduce the cause in a development environment so I'd just like to understand what's happening specific to your community
Teddy Rogers Posted September 7, 2022 Author Posted September 7, 2022 @Stuart Silvester FTP details updated. Please can you let me know when finished. Thank you... Ted.
Marc Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 Hi Teddy, I was just checking over your FTP details there, and these appear not to be correct. We are getting connection refused. Please could you check over the details there?
Teddy Rogers Posted October 7, 2022 Author Posted October 7, 2022 @Marc Stridgenno-one had logged in for over a week and there was no response or update here so I deleted the accounts. It is still an ongoing issue for me, do you still require access to investigate? Ted.
Teddy Rogers Posted October 22, 2022 Author Posted October 22, 2022 @Randy Calvert Thank you for the link. Unfortunately no change for me here, still having the same problem with prefixes being added... Ted.
Marc Posted October 24, 2022 Posted October 24, 2022 Ive created a ticket for you on this, so we can take a closer look for you
