Marketplace not recognizing purchase

Every time I go to my admin area, I get the following:

Could contain: Text

It's because one of my Applications needs an update.

Could contain: White Board, White, Texture

But when I click on the Update icon, I'm asked to purchase again!

Could contain: Text, Label, Number, Symbol

I contacted the author, who informed me it is an IPB problem.

Thanks,

Martin

See, my reading of this is:

  1. The application titled "(DP45) Sponsorship System" needs to be updated, as per the 'Update available' link being shown.
  2. It's listed as a Marketplace app, as per the 'Marketplace' entry in the listing
  3. The "(DP45) Sponsorship System" application isn't listed on the Marketplace (I've searched for it)
  4. It's possible that it's actually a custom app that has been incorrectly linked to another resource
  5. The OP has contacted the developer (that's DawPi) and the "it is an IPB problem" is in relation to the item being marked as Marketplace incorrectly (which would stop the OP from uploading a new version if it was provided to them) and that is what is needed to corrected here.

I am happy to be wrong here

Provide a full screenshot of the page that is displayed at this point.

Sorry everyone,

I am talking about (DP45) Referrals System

I used the languages customization to change Referrals to Sponsorship.

This is still the same app.
