HELP! Thank you for your support... I think I have everything working properly and I added the Widget, but where is the actual chat room? Is there an embedded chat room or only the Invite to link accounts?

Correct me I wrong, with this app, my member don't have to register again in Discord mobile app. Only install Discord app and sign in with ips account? 

App can send messages about content like posts/new topics on your Discord server, and of course users will receive notifications on their mobile phones if they have enabled notifications about all messages from your Discord server (or just in the specific channel where notifications are sent).

Rich Embeds are just attachments to standard Discord messages. Example:

 

To use Rich Embeds for notifications, select "Rich Embed" message type instead of "Basic" in configuration of notifications for a specific content type.

Of course, your members don't have to register again in mobile app if they already have a Discord account.

The actual chatroom is in the Discord app, accessible either in the browser (https://discordapp.com) or through the desktop application, downloadable at Discord's website.

Brilliant Discord Integration has a lot more features than just linking accounts with Discord; please refer to the App description.

If a role is assigned to any group on your site, and a Discord server member has got this role assigned, but not the group on your site, it'll be automatically removed.

Not real time of course but in something like a digest form, limited to specific channels and specific forums/topics, so that content which may be valuable to the site can be pushed back to the site via the app rather than copy/paste?

You set this up under the notification settings... you will need to set up one for topics and one for posts if you want the replies too.

We are working on that (and also on the problem with unapproved/hidden content) and it will be probably fixed soon. Sorry for inconvenience.

This application was designed to provide one-way integration (from your site to Discord, and not the other way around).

Hi, can you explain a little more about the relationship between Discord Roles and IPS groups? 

Example, is possible when members join to my discord server, assign specific ips group members added automatically into specific channel? 

When I removed members from specific ips group, then Discord channel detect this change and remove that members too.

How the role synchronization works?

The image above assumes that we're synchronizing a member that has Moderator and Member group and following roles are assigned:

• Administrator group: Admin, Staff
• Moderator group: Mod, Staff
• VIP group: VIP
• Member group: no assignments

Just edit this group in your ACP. The group form contains "Discord Settings" tab where you can assign roles to that group.

Why Muted role isn't removed?

Application doesn't remove roles that aren't assigned to any group on your IPS installation.

Yes.

When roles are synchronized?

Every hour or if you have changed groups of your IPS site member.

Go to member's page in ACP, and then click the "Synchronize server member" button:

Search for "tasklog" in your ACP, click the first result, then search for "runMassSync" in the table and click the  (Run Now) button.
