Don't upgrade until you know that your chosen plugins are supported on IPS 4.3 And finally ..it's beta software...upgrade at your own peril, and don't complain if something breaks your site. They also have had issues with other software where they don't even follow the framework and hack it together, breaking other extensions completely.
