Today only, I keep getting logged out. If I open a new tab I have to re-login. And the only login box that works is the full page one.

use exactly same details both times and only accepted on the new page not via the Sign In link at top of page

This site is https now, but they are not redirecting from http.

I've updated my bookmarks, but IPS might want to do that redirect.

I think the reason is the wrong cookie-free domain

Leverage browser caching missing all.

I agree with this, changing my browser to HTTPS fixes the problem. There are still some links not changed.
