Works fine in RC4 for me, although I believe it worked in RC3 for me as well I'm not entirely sure about this, but if you have a custom theme, you might need to reupload the template files. At least I know I did that a couple of RCs ago. I entered Designer's Mode and uploaded the vanilla template (not CSS) files, then switched back
