I have updated my details via the client area, but any IP's might be blocked by firewall. If this is the case, I would need to know any IP's that would requite whitelisting. This error comes up after trying to save a new block. Hi, I have a problem with sending large files as an attachment. When the file is below 100MB, I can send it without any issues. However, when the file exceeds 100MB, the upload process starts for a second and then suddenly stops. I don't get any error messages. In the admin control panel, I have set an unlimited file size limit and allowed all extensions. I am sending a .rar package, but the file extension does not matter. The server configuration is correctly set up for sending large files with options like client_max_body_size = 2048m, post_max_size = 2048M, upload_max_filesize = 1024M. Hello, My get support page is reporting "Server time may be inaccurate" My server time (UTC) is accurate. NTP is enabled. Another issue is that the server IP on this page is not accurate, displaying a private IP instead of my server public IP. I think the IP issue is related to the time issue. Thanks.

I'm seeing this in my account. After hunting around past all your cloud offerings, I was able to find that the new terms are $199 per year and include all the apps. What happens when I click the button? My next renewal date is in Jan 2025 on my current license. Does it just switch? do I get charged a full $199? Thanks

I think I found a bug. If a post was added by an anonymized user and then that user was deleted, an attempt to remove the anonymization ends with the post being assigned to the person who removed the anonymization and not to "Guest". It's easy to replicate this.

Hello, I had a site running IPS Community Suite which I installed or upgraded in 2016. I am not sure about the exact version. It was hosted on a shared hosting platform (HostGator) and everything was working perfectly. The site did not have much traffic and was pretty much kept as an archive as no new posts or members were allowed. The site stopped working all of a sudden in 2021. I tried resolving the issues today by manually setting PHP to 5.6 in .htaccess and by resetting the db password. Hi. I have a serious problem with the latest update. In the last step, the process stops and I get the following error: I have tried giving permissions to the FileSystem.php file, but I still get the same error, regardless of the permissions the file has. My installation is stuck in the middle of the update and now it is not accessible at all. I have even given it permissions 0777, but even that doesn't solve it: What permissions should I set or what should I do to solve this problem?

Upgraded to latest forum a week a back and little to slow to load fist page but it has been running. Today trying to get into the Admin control pannel gives server error 500. I think this is due to mysql process which is killing the server. Had to restart mysql server and with no other users on site the mysql proc is over 400% Not sure path on path to resolve. Any help would be appreciated.

Regarding this discussion: I don't want to be boring and I know that you have solved this part in the version that will be released (4.7.19). I want to ask you if the change will only concern the currency change. Hi there, Just wondering what to check to resolve this issue? i want to modify the GTM snippets to point to my tagging server (I'm using server side GTM): eg: https://tagging.viczcar.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-T3SSTGL I'm in this UI of my Invision Power Community admin panel.
