Can you please assist? That type of error indicates a missing file. What version are you trying to upgrade from? How did you overwrite the files? Can you check the server error log page as well and see if there are any recent messages logged in there pertaining to this?
February 3Feb 3 Author Thanks for the reply. I originally tried doing the automated upgrade, but it failed and then told me to manually upload the files via FTP. I followed the instructions and uploaded all of the files as instructed and then clicked to finish the uncompleted upgrade. I am not sure what version I am upgrading from since I am no longer able to get into my admin panel to see (since I'm stuck on the upgrade process). I just sent a message to our web host to check the server error logs and to let me know. In the meantime, is there any way to "reset" the upgrade so I can start it fresh again (as opposed to resuming an incomplete upgrade)?

February 4Feb 4 As mentioned, the only way would be to restore your backup. It does however sound like you may have just missed uploading some files, so I would suggest uploading a full set of files, then visiting /admin/upgrade to see if you can get the upgrade through
