Hello all. Today a member contacted me saying they were unable to end a subscription, they seen an error about a theme with a template instead of their billing agreements. So, I went to go look and sure enough. it was at Nexus > Front > Clients > BillingAgreement. I started an upgrade to my site and quickly got an error message Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes /home/wfphotos/wfctest.com/system/Db/Db.php::2181 ALTER TABLE `ibf_core_attachments_map` ADD KEY `map_lookup` (`location_key`(250),`id1`,`id2`) I read up on that error and apparently a table type needs to be changed. I really wish that the upgrade program would check for things like that before changing anything. In the upgrade program I have two options - retry and continue. Why is it that /index.php?/discover/ or the Home > Activity screen is visible to Guests or non-logged in users? I have permissions that Guests cannot see anything, as seen by the screenshot below with "Can Access Site" is disabled. They should not see anything, yet they are seeing recent posts and profile updates. I'm running Invision Community v4.7.4.

Hi I think I've found a bug. The manual details field is marked as mandatory but can be left blank when requesting a withdrawal. I installed a standard forum on a local sever (using wampserver) to repeat and confirm the issue. To reproduce: AdminCp > Commerce > Payments - Withdrawals Setup the Withdrawal Methods as Manual and complete the other fields. Add some credit to a member, log in as that member and request a withdrawal. Note the details field is marked with a *, leave it blank and press the Withdraw button. Hi, When you go to Commerce > Customer > Field and try to copy any of existing ones it will throw error. This is probably because at the same time of copying the field it tries to insert column for that in nexus_customers table using original field name of table that is being copied. Result? SQL Error - Cannot insert duplicate. That is actually pretty ancient Commerce error from times of IPB3.

Hi There is a strange string of characters within the upgrade message in the members account activity after using the purchase upgrade/downgrade option. I've checked this with a standard local install (v4.7.4 b3 but have seen this on previous versions too), no add-on applications or plugins installed. Setup: From the Commerce application add two products that move customer into a new primary group. Test: Member buys Level 1 which changes them to the new group. It looks like the default English language strings were changed to have the word "All" included for report status. I assume this was done with the latest release to support filtering reports, but it causes problems when viewing the report itself.

I have one department in my Support configuration and that is for just sales. That's all I need. Prior to the recent update, it wasn't possible for members who had not purchased a product to contact me via the Support system. Now, the Support button seems to be available to everyone and I'm finding that members are using it to send in a broad range of queries (most of which are just questions best asked in the Forums) to attain personal, one-to-one help. Having 'Sales' as the name of the support department doesn't deter them. They just start by saying, "Sorry if this is the wrong place, but..." Is there an issue with this? SMS enabled on our Authy plan but getting this error below Authy API key: "The API key is valid, but does not have SMS enabled or SMS is not available on the Authy account's plan. Enable SMS with Authy or uncheck text messages from the settings below." Hasn't been working for us for many weeks, possibly since latest update and can't figure out why?
