I own and operate the world's largest online community for singers at www.TheModernVocalistWorld.com. After painstakingly migrating data over from another CMS system, it was time to begin monetizing. I chose to implement pay walls on certain "premium" forums, NEXUS and the downloads system. 

Not only has Esther been extremely detailed in here consultations and explaining what is going on every step of the way, but she also provides a summery or wrap-up of jobs when they are completed to make sure you know exactly what has been done.

I had actually proposed my idea to 3 different developers, but she was the only one who took the time to not only fully understand the vision, but asked questions and offered suggestions for improvement. And that was maintained throughout the entire process. 

Whenever I had a question or concern, it was promptly answered. When the inevitable bug was found during testing, that was also quickly taken care of. She works on several projects at a time, but you feel like you're the only client.

Esther answered my call when I needed a custom solution to the calendar for my site.  The first thing I noted was the quick response to my request.  She answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and throughout it all seemed to show true interest in what I was looking for.  The communication back and forth was second to none!  You ask a question and you get an answer very quickly.  It's quite the opposite for some developers here (some of which I'm still waiting for a reply from on the project she took on.)  She is simply dedicated to her work and will keep at it until you are satisfied that you have what you asked for.  I should add very patient as well.  I've made plenty of last minute changes to the project and where some would have complained she has patiently heard my requests and made them a reality! I would HIGHLY recommend Esther for any of your project needs.  This was my first experience in hiring someone to do a project for my site and after this experience, I won't consider anyone else for my future needs.  5 stars isn't enough!  Esther deserves double that with the option to add more stars!  Look no further than Headstand Consulting!!  

Esther developed a tracking database for my new community. Very pleased with the final product. Great communication throughout the process and very responsive to feedback and changes to get the database exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend and will definitely use her again for future projects as my forum grows. Very happy.

As a person that was a garbage php coder to begin with and needing an upgrade to an old application I am glad I know Esther. First and foremost she doesn't make assumptions based on requests, she asks questions to be sure the functionality meets yours needs, she also makes sure that you get the product you want. Secondly, she is reasonable and patient.

Esther is a new hero of mine. Not only did she come through for me and produce a a plugin that my site needed desperately, she did it ahead of schedule. I expressed that I needed this fast and even though she is busy with other clients, she still found a way to make this happen for me.  There were a few very small adjustments needed once I tried installing on my forum and they were addressed at lightning speed. Great experience and a great developer!!!

If your community is going to go the distance and like ours enter its third decade then it's critical you choose a developer that's there for the long term.  Esther has been updating and maintaining a plugin critical to the function of our community since 2015.  Having worked with Esther we don't need to be concerned that plugins developed by her for us aren't going to work between revisions, as she's incredibly quick to test and update. I am incredibly grateful for having started working with Esther years ago.

We hired Headstand Consulting for a custom booking app which should integrate within our IPS platform.

There is outstanding knowledge of the IPS suite and what impressed us even more was the process of gathering requirements for our custom app. Esther added helpful AND necessary suggestions to our feature requirements. For a customer who isn't skilled in neither IPS or programming and you don't know what's possible with the IPS suite this is very helpful. This reduces the risk of being left stranded with a sub-optimal functioning app by a huge amount. Thank you, we really appreciated this.

Esther is incredible. I'll say that.  We've been through two other developers this year who flaked out on us, gave us crappy products. Esther came in, and fixed everything and has been working on a very large project for us in incremental builds.  I was first daunted at the price - we aren't an income generating company or anything. But after speaking with her and witnessing the work, she is insanely fast and insanely efficient with the time she dedicates to the project, and we feel like her prices is incredible for the amazing work she provides. She is very communicative and keeps the entire project managed well and has open and easy communication to me.  Seriously - if you need a developer, she should be your first stop.
