Can go to the Client Area > Manage Purchases > click your Cloud package > can click change domain. This will submit a ticket to us to further setup your domain.
I can instead submit a ticket on your behalf to get the process going if you would like?

Just going back to the original topic here. If you have converted from vbulletin and these members were banned on vbulletin, you should see they are already banned on our system. If they are not, we would need to take  a look at that so you should submit a ticket.
As mentioned above, banned and validation are actually statuses of a member rather than groups. You can see in the member section of your admin CP who is banned and who is validating using the lists provided. Also, if you open any member in the admin CP, it will tell you at the top if they are validating or banned

There are no individual groups for banned and/or validating members in Ipb. They remain in the members group, but get the appropriate banned/validating staus.

yes, I converted the vbullet group into banned users and users waiting for email confirmation because in the converter it was not possible to assign them to ipb groups

How are you doing the import? Are you using our conversion tool? If so and you're converting the group, you can just disable site access for the group and they will not have access to your community. This can be found in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit your banned group -> Can access site?

You can try this. First make a backup of your core_members table from your phpmyadmin. Then run this sql query:
UPDATE core_members SET temp_ban = 1 WHERE member_group_id = x; Where x equals the id of the group of the imported vb banned members. Hope it helps.

Vbulletin put banned users in the babbling users group.
Ipb does not have a banned group.

Why don't you start translating the applications you already have (Core, Forums, ...) and sell those as single downloads instead of offering an incomplete translation of the whole suite.
This way you could start to raise some money and from that you can buy the next app, translate and sell it too and so on.
The good sideeffect is, admins can choose and buy the translations they need instead of buying a more expensive full translation.
So win/win?

ok ok ok, sorry for asking. I didn't know it was so sensitive...

Remember... you want to make money, so simply invest some money.

Currently, the only way to create language strings for an application and reliably test those translations would be through owning the applications in questions that you want to translate for. Sorry I do not have better news at this time.

Maybe I've posted in the wrong section, so I try here : I want to produce (and sell in the Marketplace) my own french translation, but in my current licence I don't own all the options (missing downloads & blogs). Is it possible to get only a "strings" file to make a translation without having to buy all the licence options ?

It was a link filter, I removed it.

Do have an example of a post which is getting hidden? Does it contain any links or any which is set up to be moderated by your settings in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Word Filters?

I'm having increasing number of posts that get hidden from new members (non-spam) is there a way to fix this so I have to manually approve them again and again?

This is something we are aware of happening in the Edge browser, and it being incorrectly flagged. We are working on a fix for this

Hey! So, whenever someone trys to download something off my site on Microsoft Edge, it says this site is unsafe and doesn't allow them to download it. None of it contains any malware of any sort so I am confused. Here is an image below. Can I know why? 
 

Any way to just move member title under the username @Matt, I can do it your way but it takes Location with it which clearly isn't needed that high up.
