Posted October 31, 20213 yr Hey! So, whenever someone trys to download something off my site on Microsoft Edge, it says this site is unsafe and doesn't allow them to download it. None of it contains any malware of any sort so I am confused. Here is an image below. Can I know why?
October 31, 20213 yr Community Expert Looks like IPS’ clould file storage location has been blacklisted. Maybe because one customer added questionable files. If you click the More Information link, you might see a link to report it as “not threats”. Probably not an instant fix though.

October 31, 20213 yr I just checked the url and it checks out ok https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3aips-cic-filestore.s3.amazonaws.com&run=toolpage I would imagine its an issue with Microsoft - good luck with that 🤪
November 1, 20213 yr Community Expert This is something we are aware of happening in the Edge browser, and it being incorrectly flagged. We are working on a fix for this
