Can you open that table without issues? (this means access it, and view the content of it. Enable the app again, and then go to this location on your site /admin/?app=neapptranslate&module=neapptranslate&controller=netranstranslations Any errors accessing that page? If you want to give my account ACP access, I can take a closer look myself.
 

I'm not doubting that my app is the problem here - I'm indicating that I can't reproduce your issue, so I'm gathering information from you to assist further.
Do you wish to continue troubleshooting? If so, go into your database and advise the following:
Does the "neapptranslate_translations" table still exist? Can you open that table without issues, if it does still exist? Enable the app again, and then go to this location on your site:
/admin/?app=neapptranslate&module=neapptranslate&controller=netranstranslations
Any errors accessing that page?
 

That's not even supported with IPS 4.7 (unless I've missed something, which I doubt) and I'm not even sure if it has been officially released yet (last I saw it was a Beta)
You would be best dropping back to one of either 7.4.x, 8.0.x or 8.1.x (as IPS 4.7 introduced support for PHP 8.1.x)

Ok - exactly what version of PHP 8.1.x and 8.0.x please? Need that .x bit so that I can test further.

Got a few minutes here to do some testing - not finding any issues on my side, can't reproduce the issue.
However, on your site the translation functionality isn't working either. So...
"after installing new version of IPS" - when did you update, and what were you on prior to that update? What exact version of PHP are you running?

As per the listing of the app, it is not currently marked compatible with IPS 4.7 - I'll take a look into this issue later in the week

Yes, but I have to understand what cause the problem, otherwise it will surely happen again in the future when PHP 7.4 will not be supported anymore!

Update: Actually yesterday the problem was fixed by itself 30-45 minutes after the downgrade to PHP 7.4. The problem was still happening after the downgrade, but then some minutes later it was fixed by itself. I didn't do anything and my hosting service also didn't do anything. Is that possible? And is it possible that would happen also if I keep PHP 8.0?

It sounds like caching in that case. I would suggest trying the update to PHP 8 again if it was definitely working on PHP 7

It would be nice to add that after selecting the forum in the sidebar (Fluid view), after pressing the "Start new topic" button, the forum will be automatically selected as selected in the sidebar.
