I am trying to install the new security patch on my software and I'm not able to do so. I'm including the errors I'm getting in screenshot form.
I downloaded the package as it asked me to, and when I click Continue, I get the error in the next screen.

We gave that a shot and it looks like the forum took the credit, but my client was still charged the whole amount for the subscription.  

Oh wait, it looks like they have 2 subscriptions. Disregard!

If I add credit money to a customer's account, will that be used partially when a subscription auto-renews?

It’s been said so many times before, but I think the providers list should really be in the AdminCP where it belongs, so people can conveniently browse from one logical central point and discover products, with external links to them and the third party disclaimer.

It’s (IMHO) the least IPS could do. They say only a minority of IPS Clients visit this site, of that minority, only a few will ever find the almost hidden providers list, (and of course they crippled Commerce before adding new features or integrations! Grr).
 

I let my theme updates sit til the last min since I have to go and upload them myself. I just don't have that kind of time.

Great, it's going to be a chore finding what I need now.

Everything shows up and looks fine on other themes, it's set up right, except for one theme. 

I love the idea of this since I want badges on the author pane, but they are not showing up.

Is there something I need to add somewhere that I'm missing?

I had to disable the plug in again due to some huge errors with the built in achievements app, causing it to not rebuild the index. I am at work currently and can't pull up logs and other info quite yet, but I wanted to make a note.

Support has told me that disabling it will not stop the background tasks so all my tasks are screwed up 😞

This number is ridiculous. The amount of time reindexing is also ridiculous.  My forum isn't huge, I don't know how to speed this up, and my members are getting frustrated with "the blue box glitch" as they refer to it.  🤷‍♀️

Last time it reindexed, it took maybe 2 weeks?  I have it set up on EasyCron.  I don't know if there is a fault somewhere?

I definitely enjoyed the app while I used it!  I forced myself to figure out the in-forum version now, so it's hard to say until I've played with it a bit more.

Gonna be a huge butt to go back and figure out what medals I gave to who. I wish I had known it would become defunct 😞 

Just got locked out of the app due to the latest Invision update. Hopefully a fix is around the corner? 🙂
