Hi Guys, I have one user who can't upload images. When he tries, I see a system error in the log. I really wish it gave me the file type he was trying to upload. I would love to be able to dismiss the "important issues" on the support page because they aren't important to me. For example, I've been using Cloudflare for years and I absolutely love it. But, IPS flags this use an an "important issue." I understand Cloudflare may cause issues for some people, but flagging it for everyone, without the ability to dismiss it, is problematic. The more we see issues flagged that aren't issues, we end to ignore what may be a real issue.

When I click on the Visit our community button on the support page of my AdminCP, it goes to a broken link / redirect that doesn't work.

Is it possible to block messages with URLs submitted through the Contact Us form? We get tons of spam this way and it all has links. Almost none of our legitimate messages from the Contact Us form have links.

Hi Guys, I lock down my adminPC to specific IP addresses. Is there a list of IPS support IP addresses, from which IPS would access my site, that I can add to the allowed list or do I need to disable this rule when I open a support ticket?

+1 Many layers are the best. Relying on a single thing like 2FA or one less thing (without moving AdminCP) isn't good. I also use Cloudflare to lockdown my AdminCP to my IP address.

I would really love the ability to use the stream filters to filter Classified items. I have a stream setup for all Classifieds, but users would love to filter by things like "For Sale" or "Price" to "Time Left"

I updated my site with whatever patch was released today. Now messages to gmail accounts aren't going through. It isn't a spam thing. It just thinks the valid accounts aren't valid anymore. Anyone else seeing this behavior? "550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. I think we all need to keep in mind that the view from the top is always best. I’m willing to bet there are good reasons SES hasn’t been implemented via API.

Hi Guys, anyone seen this error before? I tried to upload the attached image file (inside a zip because the IPS forum gives me the same error) and received the error. I opened the file, resaved it as the same file type, and it worked just fine. G2.1_Series_UnityChassis_II_1760x.jpg.zip OK, found some additional info. It's a JPG, but macOS Preview also says it's a webp image.

Rebuild your search index to fix. Same thing happened to me.

Ah, this is why I couldn't make sense of it. I had to recount the reputation and all the numbers add up now.
