Jim M's post in Update fix - system error was marked as the answer
Did the patch work as expected and everything is fine now? If so, this may have been a temporary error with the upgrader.

Jim M's post in EX1364 error when creating an account was marked as the answer
Sounds like the field above in your database is from a third party application and missing a default value. You can disable strict mode on your MySQL server to disable these checks. Please check with your hosting provider with performing it.Â

Please switch your table row formats to dynamic instead of compact. If you are unsure how to perform this, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Jim M's post in Group Promotion or Subscription for X Amount of Time Manually? was marked as the answer
If an expiration is set in the system, it will try to invoice the client when the purchase expires. I'm afraid, there is no way around this as this is how Commerce is designed to function.
"Free Forever" will just provide them with a subscription with no expiration. However, you setting the expiration manually will still cause an invoice to be issued upon the renewal period.

Jim M's post in Strange problem with changing the default app in regards to what's showing in the front-end was marked as the answer
You customized your store FURL to go to your root so you would want to revert that in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Friendly URLs. I would not advise touching FURLs if you are not a power user. I would advise using the system controls to accomplish different things or you may end up with weird consequences like this.

While the data for logs is stored in a Unix timestamp, the data for the stats should be shown in your server's timezone. There should be a something similar to the below on the chart, which when clicked, will display information about the timezone that this data is displayed in:

Jim M's post in Super 65 Grandfathered? was marked as the answer
There are no immediate plans to move customers off of your plan. However, there will likely come a date when this is needed and at that time, you will receive an email with information about what your options will be at that time.

Jim M's post in Is it possible to let only the topic starters to reply/post in their topics ? was marked as the answer
Sorry, that is not currently something which is in the software.
I would suggest using our Gallery application for this purpose. Albums can be restricted so that only 1 individual can upload to it and all can view.

Jim M's post in Validation Email issue was marked as the answer
Validation emails will go out once they are submitted. You will want to work with your email provider to see why there is a delay in delivery and why they are going to spam instead of the inbox.

Jim M's post in test url was marked as the answer
Live URL and Test URL are URL specific; they are not licensed to your domain.
Typically, the Test URL can only be reset when the Live URL's domain is changed. We recommend using a sub-domain of the Live URL's domain so that you can account for this more easily. As this is what you are wanting here, I can provide you with a courtesy reset if you are no longer using the Test URL on file. Please confirm that you want your Test URL set to: https://dev.codingjungle.com
Additionally, in the future, please feel free to submit these requests to our contact us form for our accounts team 🙂 .

Jim M's post in suggest a product in the registration process was marked as the answer
The only way to associate products in the software would be through the association option. If you do not like the way the software functions for this, I would recommend submitting a suggestion to change it in our official Feature Suggestion forum or contact a third-party provider to customize this for you. I am sorry I do not have better news for you.

Jim M's post in how to allow or enable to post iframes in posts like from reddit etc was marked as the answer
We would not recommend allowing individuals to post HTML that you do not know. This can lead to errors and security consequences.
However, if you do want groups you trust, like administrators, to post HTML. You can provide them this permission in their member group setting, "Allow HTML"

Sorry, we are not CloudFlare subject matter experts so would not be able to answer any questions about their platform. I would advise disabling anything which is creating issues for you, however. If you’re struggling to get CloudFlare to work for you, I would advise disabling it.Â
