  1. Jim M's post in Reactions not working was marked as the answer
The solution which my colleague stated in your ticket would be you need to upgrade to 4.7.7. You have not done that yet so you would still indeed be seeing the same issue till you do. Please perform the upgrade and let us know how it goes.
  2. Jim M's post in Stripe Automatic Inscription Payment was marked as the answer
Would recommend going through the guide again. You only need to create 1 webhook for your community but it needs to have permission to all webhook events there.
  3. Jim M's post in More availability on mobile was marked as the answer
You'll want to set it up by going to ACP -> Customization -> Editors -> Toolbar -> Small. All these device widths are under your control but need to be individually setup by yourself 🙂
  4. Jim M's post in EMAIL DISPLAY IN MESSAGES was marked as the answer
This is currently only an all or nothing option, I’m afraid.
  5. Jim M's post in My site / community is down was marked as the answer
I have responded to your ticket. This was an issue with third party applications/plugins not compatible with the release. 🙂
  6. Jim M's post in Where is the MySQL tool?? was marked as the answer
Sorry, it has been removed in 4.7.0: Release Notes - Invision Community
  7. Jim M's post in Wrong info - Fresh new installed community was marked as the answer
Thank you for clarifying your issue. This is due to your custom group formatting HTML did not have a correct closing HTML tag. Each opening HTML tag needs to have a corresponding closing tag.
The group for "Fondator" opened with "<span>" but was closed by "</strong>" thus causing all sorts of havoc on your layouts.
As a courtesy, I have corrected that for you now. In the future, please ensure that you remove these customizations if you're having problems and work with the individual who created them for you.
  8. Jim M's post in Way to make logo smaller on emails? was marked as the answer
You will want to resize the logo image to the size you want. I'm afraid, there are no tools to do this in the software itself.
  9. Jim M's post in Group Promotion if User Joins Club was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, Clubs are not a part of this feature at this time. You're welcome to suggest it though with your use case in our Feature Suggestion forum.
  10. Jim M's post in Many requests? was marked as the answer
Was that an old URL of yours that may be posted somewhere? Ultimately, I would not be too concerned with 404 errors. Bots/humans are going to do weird things and the software is working right now to simply just show a 404 error.
If you're worried about it, you may wish to bring the IP address up to your hosting provider and ask for recommendation on if it is legitimate traffic or not. If it isn't, they likely can block it for you.
  11. Jim M's post in Issues with upgrade - template issue and some strange query function was marked as the answer
Once the files are applied to your server, you would just simply go to {your base url}/admin/upgrade . If anything is happening once you attempt that, please let us know. Right now, you have a mix of files on your server it sounds like which is why you're running into issues.
  12. Jim M's post in Password Reset for Forum Admin? was marked as the answer
You can do this by going to the login page on the front-end -> click "Forgot your password?" This will reset passwords for the standard login handler.
  13. Jim M's post in Installing from scratch, GD PHP extension required? was marked as the answer
You will need to contact your hosting provider again. Unfortunately, that is just showing it enabled. The GD module would show up in the phpInfo (last screenshot) further down the page. The “enabled” section is just you telling PHP to use GD. It isn’t stating the module is running itself.
Our compatibility script simply uses PHP functions that are built in to test if these modules are loaded. If that is tripping, as seen, the GD module is not loaded correctly or PHP hasn’t been restarted since it was enabled.
  14. Jim M's post in Admin Members/Groups/Content/Delete/Can Delete Own Content "On", But... was marked as the answer
You would need to enable that same permission for the member group you want to allow. They then would be able to delete their content in the same way a moderator would but for only their own.
For example, to delete their own topic they would go to the topic -> click Moderator actions -> Delete.
To delete a post, they would go to their post -> click the three dots in the top right of their post -> Delete.
  15. Jim M's post in Moving to a new server - need some help with removing test server url we have on client area was marked as the answer
Please be advised that the Test URL is a one-time set URL. You will want to ensure that you utilize a sub-domain of the domain which you have on your Live URL so that if you need to change servers, it is simply a DNS change. Rather than having to reset your Test URL on the license. An example of that would be, if your Live URL is on example.com, then your test URL could be test.example.com
As a one-time courtesy, I have gone ahead and reset the Test URL for you. Please ensure that you utilize a sub-domain of the domain for your Live URL.
  16. Jim M's post in Safe mode - urgent help was marked as the answer
Please see instructions to recovery mode here:

If you continue to have issues, please contact your plugin's author for assistance.

  17. Jim M's post in Quote and Reply Boxes Not Working was marked as the answer
Try clearing your browser's cache. If still having issues, please go to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches.
  18. Jim M's post in Help please was marked as the answer
Looking in the author's comments there, it requires our Pages application. You do not own that application so you would encounter errors with this plugin. You can purchase our Pages application in Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> Manage Your Community.
For any further questions about this plugin, please contact the author.
  19. Jim M's post in EX1054 error updating Member Group was marked as the answer
IPS\Db\Exception: Unknown column 'example' in 'field list' (1054)
This is not a default column so is coming from a third party add-on or something else. Please contact the author for assistance.
  20. Jim M's post in My forums broke was marked as the answer
Please check that your .htaccess from our software is present and working on your server. You can obtain a new one in the description of ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs.
  21. Jim M's post in Login username with custom profile field was marked as the answer
Only the display name and/or email can currently be used as login for our software. Anything else would require customization.
  22. Jim M's post in Gallery - Question about Image Tools was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, this is currently not a setting in the software. However, you're more than welcome to suggest it in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  23. Jim M's post in Can one search for members? was marked as the answer
You can check if you disabled search in ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> check permissions on Search.
That is the only way via the software itself to remove it and disable access to search. If you removed it via your theme, however, this would be on yourself to resolve as customizations are outside our scope of support.
  24. Jim M's post in Auto Unpublish Content was marked as the answer
There is not an unpublish date at this time to schedule these items. I'm afraid, this is not possible at this time either.
  25. Jim M's post in Guest Access was marked as the answer
A Guest group is required by the software to be present. However, you have disabled access for guests to access your community so all users are required to login before viewing your community. The count you see there are individual viewing the login or registration pages.
