Posted January 26, 20232 yr I disabled access to our community for Guest Users, however somehow, they are still showing under groups (see attached). We have scoured all of the various settings and I believe we have disabled everything regards to guest access. What are we missing? We want to make sure we only allow actual members setup in the community...no guest access. Please help.
January 26, 20232 yr Community Expert Solution A Guest group is required by the software to be present. However, you have disabled access for guests to access your community so all users are required to login before viewing your community. The count you see there are individual viewing the login or registration pages.
