  1. The only recommendation here would be to restore your database to before the deletion then delete them via the software. Manually deleting data from the database is not recommended or supported.
  2. I've tagged a developer to confirm if that should work here or not. Someone will be with you shortly.
  3. What version of Invision Community are you running?
  4. Search index is responsible for those. You'll want to ensure all that gets rebuilt as there's a lot of rebuilding there.
  5. Sorry, we do not have a schema and relationship documentation.
  6. Sorry, you would want to contact the author for assistance. Third party add-ons are outside our scope of support. Please note I have moved this to our Community Assistance forum.
  7. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  8. They are on our Cloud. This is not something we have noticed (not say it's not present). If you are noticing an issue specifically with the core, I would advise creating your own topic. However, I would think if it was PHP, this would create an issue before the page loaded, not after thus cause a browser overloading/corrupted cache issue.
  9. Looking in your email error logs, you have quite a few errors that you will want to double check with your email provider to ensure emails are sending properly out of your server.
  10. You would want to work with your hosting provider or server administrator to review your server's performance, traffic, resources, etc... We provide only minimal requirements and anything additional, I'm afraid, would be widely variable due to traffic, content, third party integrations, etc... A server administrator will then be able to have your server optimally performing for what is being executed on it.
  11. If that is an error, yes. You would want to consult with your hosting provider or server administrator if you are unsure.
  12. We have replied to your ticket.
  13. It would be something specific here which is why we require the server error log entry. Please let us know once you have it.
  14. A 502 error, I'm afraid, would not allow the software to function thus not appear in our software's system log. The 502 is coming from your server so you would need to look for logs there. We would require a URL to the area in question and a member id of who is experiencing this.
  15. Could you please provide us a link to the event in question? We can then review what is happening.
  16. No worries! Happens to the best of us. We’re here to help 🙂
  17. Inviting members would be expected in types which have membership options. There is no straight up add button unless you mean adding something else? It could be you were using a third party solution here prior which is no longer working.
  18. Looking at the page in question, this is due to you are already using that block on that page so you would not be able to utilize it again.
  19. To clarify, the page which you are attempting to place the block on is a Pages page, correct? If so, could you please provide the URL?
  20. Please be advised I have marked this to a developer to review as it looks like things have changed compared to our guide so we will need to ensure this plugin will still work.
  21. If you are seeing any Pages related issues with access in your ACP as well, please go to ACP -> System -> License Key and refresh the license key as there was some issues on our end for our Clouds users, I'm afraid. Please let us know if that helps.
  22. Looks like the WordPress plugin may have been updated since we last took a look at this. However, one thing from your screenshot missing is the attribute mappings. Were you able to map those as outlined in the guide?
  23. Have you checked the administrator log to see if your account had been edited recently or changed via the account activity? If not, could you please provide the user id number of your admin account?
  24. This would not impact anything further for you. You are all set 😉 .
  25. This looks like it may be a bug on our end which is not targeting a prefix for the database table correctly. I have reported this internally. Thanks!
