  1. You would need to use TLS 1.2.
  2. You have Ezoic injecting many ads onto your page from what I can tell when visiting the upgrader. I would suggest temporarily disabling that as if an ad is creating a Javascript error or causing some sort of other disruption this can impact other Javascript on the page.
  3. If you have a modified email template, you will need to ensure it is compatible with the latest release or revert it.
  4. It's only in the conf_global.php file.
  5. Try logging in again, likely your CSRF key is off.
  6. That is the default configuration for an album but it also has other options:
  7. Unfortunately, Twitter is changing a lot here recently (including blocking use of keys) so you will need to login to the Twitter developer website to find out. Plus see if your API key is still valid.
  8. Glad to hear we were able to assist 🙂
  9. You can actually restrict that to just 1 user and do allow videos.
  10. Are you using a Twitter v1.1 or v2 API key? If you are using a v2 API key, there are known issues that would be present here as our system is not yet compatible with it.
  11. If you're using a custom theme, please switch to an unmodified theme. Do you have an example topic or content item with an attachment like this which you can link us to? Have you tried with newly uploaded items too?
  12. If you're looking to remove from login pages and non-content pages in the software, you'll just want to disable "Show on non-content based pages" when editing the advertisement.
  13. Have you considered Gallery? The above could be done with albums. Might not be necessarily the best fit but the only thing in the software suite which is capable of this. Pages would require some heavy template modifications to do this but may be able to do it as well.
  14. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. Registering a user, I receive the validation requirement email.
  16. You have changed your validation method to Email and Admin validation so you will not receive an email once the user is fully registered. Only once the user requires validation. Of which, is working perfectly fine through my testing. Please ensure that you have enabled the notification "A new member requires admin validation"
  17. The table core_sessions has crashed. Your hosting provider will need to repair it or restore from a backup.
  18. Little confused by what you mean here. Are you mistakenly attempting to merge two topics here? The warning you mention here would only happen when merging topics (not posts). If you are attempting to split (what merging is for posts) a post into a new or existing topic, that warning would not exist because posts are accessed through the URL of the topic which they belong to.
  19. This would not really be possible without modifying that to a custom S3 storage location or something similar. Our Cloud would not support rouge images stored within it, which are not in our software itself. They would have to be external or a custom migration to bring those into the software.
  20. This would likely be mod_security or another security module blocking usage of this on your server. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance in either disabling this or allowing the software to perform these actions which it's blocking.
  21. You are on our Cloud, you will not be able to see the PHP version and there is no need to as we handle this 🙂 . You have a few different third party applications/plugins that require upgrading. Please ensure everything is compatible and try again. If you still have an issue, I would recommend disabling third party applications/plugins as you have a few which interact with the member code.
  22. Have your Notification Settings changed in ACP -> notification bell (top right) -> Notification Settings? Would need "A new member has completed registration" set to "Yes" for email.
  23. Could you please clarify what emails you're not receiving? When sending a test email to myself, I received it without issue. Both errors there can be ignored as that is from close to a month ago and has been resolved. It will soon be purged from your System Log.
