  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. People seem to like to bring up the tool but then have an underlying issue so it is helpful to address any underlying issues prior to addressing the tool. What made you go to this tool?
  3. Ignore the tool. The plain question is: what is the issue you're having? Are you seeing slow speeds when you're attempting to post? Are you having issues accessing a page quickly?
  4. That is exactly my point is that removing the advertisements for 1 test won't give you a ready on the pass/fail that you're looking at. It is aggregated data. However, What is performing horribly? What are your users having issues loading? Do you have an example outside of this tool? Often people get bogged down by these tools and get obsessed with them. Your site itself is really loading extremely quickly for an actual user. With that said, there are things at a code level in our software that we are going to improve for V5. If that is more-so what you are concerned about, I would invite you to read up on some of the conversations that have happened on the community here about CSS and Javascript.
  5. Please note that the "Failing report" at the top is an overall average from various browsers overtime. As the page you inserted there is actually for your overall origin due to lack of data they have.
  6. Are you missing the Download page for these files or the files themselves on your filesystem?
  7. As mentioned by Randy, obtaining the cron logs for any errors being generated here is the next step if it is reappearing after dismissing. Additionally, please ensure the CRON command is running every minute.
  8. You would need to work with your plugin author on what is happening there as it sounds like custom functionality was added here for group promotions.
  9. Is CURL installed completely on your server with recommended versions?
  10. Would advise contacting your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance here. However, MariaDB is a drop-in replacement for MySQL so should work without too much hassle in terms of transferring/restoring your database on it once installed.

  12. There are no means to set permissions inside clubs. The type of club would be how the permissions are set for all content items in that club.
  13. You will want to go to ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Friendly URLs -> revert any for Calendar. Likely you had some and when we changed to Events, these were not updated.
  14. That would be correct functionality. I'm not quite sure what you mean. It is available on self-hosted. Hover over the photo -> Image Tools -> Add Note

  16. This is old, sorry for any confusion. I have marked this internally for review.
  17. Would recommend upgrading to the latest release and disabling all third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme to see if that helps.
  18. If .htaccess is present, it sounds like the servers are not identical as the only thing that would impede that would be URL rewrites not enabled or another rewrite is causing an issue. When clicking around on your test URL a bit, I am being brought to your Live URL so I am thinking that there is a rewrite which may be impeding this. I would suggest removing any custom rewrites other than what is in the download for ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs?
