We would not provide the testing for a 3rd party authors products. While we have guidelines that must be followed for submission, we simply would be unable to do what you are suggesting there. If we were to do something like that, it would be quicker to write every item into the core, which of course we also wouldnt do.
While I understand its time consuming, it is a 3rd party item unfortunately. Our advice would be to use only what you absolutely need. If you are running quite a lot, then you will indeed get times where one conflicts with another for some reason.
With the uninstall issue, you would also need to contact that author

By default mysql will only search on 4 or more characters unless the mysql configuration is changed to allow fulltext search on lower numbers. Are you seeing it on other items whereby its less?

The 403, please could you clarify if thats showing from googles side or your side? (Is it a google page?) It sounds very much like its coming from your server direct, so I would suggest making sure you check your server error logs, and anything like mod_security that is on the server, as the server itself is denying the request

If you select that option, it doesnt matter who the customer is or what memberships etc. They would all be forced to accept

Just as an update for anyone looking at this. The issue is the member still having a subscription, albeit expired. An existing subscription must be renewed or deleted in order to see new items.

I see the issue there appears to have been related to disk space. My colleague is working with you to resolve some related issues, but it would be advisable to ensure you monitor your disk space and ensure you have the space to expand when needed. Of course if this is something you would rather us take care of, we do have a cloud solution which may be easier for you to manage. Feel free to let us know if thats something you may be interested in.

We simply moved where we do support. It appears you may have missed the emails on this.
If you deleted your site entirely, there would be nothing to charge as its IPS that requests the payment

Its restricted at present by item and not by things within that item. For example members, forums etc. You would indeed need to post that up as a request for a new feature within our feature request forum, if you wish to see this appear in a future release.

On the "Content" tab, you have everything selected. That tab is for all areas. If you wish to select per area, you would deselect that.
Example: At present you have "can edit all content" selected in the content tab. If you deselect that, you will see the option appears in the forums tab, and other tabs appear with it present too.
With disabling PMs, anyone can do this including admin. You do this from inside your messenger, using the link below the list of your messages

There is no way in which to disable those at present unfortunately. You would require modification in order to achieve this

You need to ensure you enable ACLs on the S3 setup. This is what you are missing there. I have it on my list to update the guide for this, which I will be doing hopefully later today

You would need customisation on your theme in order to achieve this. You can change sizes as a whole in some areas as a theme setting. If you edit your theme in Customization>Appearance>Themes, you will see a font scale tab where you can do this. Anything outside that, you would need a designer to assist

You can set "Include on Invoices?" on the extra field you create there. It will then show on the payment received email, of which you can set up copies of in Payments>Settings>Email Copies. Hope that helps

You would need to backup your database and files on the server. There is no way in which to backup just settings

You cant move the forum itself, however you can move its topics in the same manner as you would any other topic on the front end of the site. So you would select them using the checkbox, and move to whatever forum you have created in the main forum
