  1. Marc's post in relative dates problem was marked as the answer
You would need to translate the relevant strings. All those strings begin with _date_ in terms of the ones you are looking at. If you take a look at the following guides, these show how to translate, but we are unable to assist you with doing this, as with any other customisation

  2. Marc's post in Default profile was deleted after update was marked as the answer
I can only really suggest letting us know if you see this happen again. I cant see any reason it would do so
  3. Marc's post in Where the heck do I start with Gallery? was marked as the answer
You dont currently own the gallery application, which is why its not showing there. The only way you could now get this would be to switch to the new community classic terms, which contains all applications

  4. Marc's post in What is the Topics Forum in Stats? was marked as the answer
I have flagged this up on our internal bug tracker for review, so that it can be fixed if it is a bug, or at least clarified as being intended if its not. 🙂
  5. Marc's post in License URL Change was marked as the answer

  6. Marc's post in Giving warn to new user that has 0 achievements points minus values was marked as the answer
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  8. Marc's post in Re-set Test Install was marked as the answer
These are actually set once, and only reset if you reset the main URL. However I have gone ahead and done that for you
  9. Marc's post in Moving from free trial site to paid subscription on my domain. Will the old url redirect? was marked as the answer
When you convert the trial to paid in the client area, the site will remain the same, so it will actually be the same URL unless you request a new one. If you are looking to use your own domain name, and you request for that to be set up, then yes our old URL will redirect to the new one
  10. Marc's post in Using WP Mail SMTP and Brevo. was marked as the answer
Just to add to the above, you wont see where you enter those details until you select the SMTP option
  11. Marc's post in Box format for WYSIWYG Editor (bug was marked as the answer
At present, it seems this is not actually a bug as such. Smaller width items are treated the same as sidebar items, which is why there is a border. This has however been brought up internally for discussion.
  12. Marc's post in How to show multiple ads at one time in banner under the page header? was marked as the answer
You would need to manually add new ad locations to do this, place in blocks perhaps, or code to add more than one to a simple placement using HTML. There is no way at present to stack ads on the site.
  13. Marc's post in Cron Job Update was marked as the answer

Yes, those are not physical items 🙂
  15. Marc's post in Extra fields in Rest API was marked as the answer
These is currently no way to post an extra fields object when posting files on the REST API. You can only retrieve them at present.
    https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api?endpoint=downloads/files/POSTindex
I have however moved this to our developer forums, as it is indeed a question for developers. I understand you are asking if the functionality is available, however our APIs by definition are programming interfaces.
  16. Marc's post in Flag as a spammer doesn't delete the spammer's posts? was marked as the answer

  20. Marc's post in Upgraded license to Classic, downloaded new package, uploaded files... New apps not showing in list. was marked as the answer
    Yes, thats the one.
The problem you have there, is that the location you have uploaded to (and that which you added in the client area) isnt where your software is installed. If you look at the path you have when you log into your sftp, you will see this is not the same location as when you look in the support area of your admin CP
  21. Marc's post in Banned Member Actions/Settings was marked as the answer
You cant change what happens when someone is banned. They are just put in a banned state. It doesnt do anything with their content so it can indeed still be responded to and interacted with
  22. Marc's post in Cloud Database Backups was marked as the answer
Take a look at the following which discusses what backups we do on your site
In answer to your other questions
We would provide your backup as soon as reasonably possible. For example, if this was requested on a Friday night, its likely it would be Monday morning. If you requested it midday on a Wednesday, its very likely someone will provide it pretty quickly (for example if you requested now, I would probably see it shortly and get it done)

People request backups for various reasons. Some just like to have a copy for their own peace of mind, some because they use the database for stats and more. There isnt any real reason for you to hold a copy yourself unless you really want to, but of course the data is yours, so if you want a copy you just need to ask and we can sort it for you 🙂

  23. Marc's post in Facebook login : Facebook is reviewing my app and says they can't use it to register a new account? was marked as the answer
The message there is a banned message. So you would need to whitelist them, as its likely the spam service they are getting caught up in. Alternatively it could have course be a banned filter you have set
  24. Marc's post in Where can I privately report a bug to the team? was marked as the answer
Feel free to pm me if its not something you can describe here
  25. Marc's post in How to disable Account Deletion request option? was marked as the answer
The empty notification should go away the next time you deal with a request. What you are seeing there is actually a leftover from an earlier release.
