Its only the first release of version 5. There will of course me many changes into the future. But with so many changes to the software, not everything will make the first release (as much as we would like it to)

It doesnt actually look like you have configured the manifest section in your admin CP. I have just tried to log in to take a look but your admin CP details are not up to date. However just looking at your site, it doesnt appear to be set up

We do not provide upgrade services on the self hosted platform unfortunately.

Yes it is likely crazy-ridiculous for me to be asking this question when I haven't upgraded in a decade but better late than never.

At this point, you would need to do the following

1. Backup backup backup. Make sure you have both your files and database backed up fully
2. Upload a fresh set of files from your client area (your site will be broken at this point)
3. Upload the requirement checker from here - 
4. Upload the requirement checker to your server, and run this
5. Address any items showing in the requirement checker
6. Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade

You would need to update to the latest release of the platform here. We would not really be able to provide support for the version you are running. It appears you havent updated your site in what is coming up to a decade

Do you have any example members names you can provide me? 

Also when you say "for a user", do you mean on behalf of, or them doing theirselves?

This would not delete the content. Only the members. Unless Im misunderstanding what you were doing there

You would need to do the above using advanced search, however you then need to click through each to mark them as spammers. There is no other method of doing this unfortunately.

I need to get that updated there. These layout options are from prior to it switching to 'events'. This option is no longer available unfortunately

Not at all. If you click on the upgrade button, it will get rid of it for you 🙂 If you are on a version which has a security related update required, we dont allow it to be dismissed

If you just move their usergroup, then they have no subscription to 'nag' them to pay 🙂 

Looking at this, it looks like the points themselves are resetting. We dont actually have anything at all in the software that reduces points. You cant even create something in the admin CP to reduce points. I would advise on disabling all 3rd party items for a while to see if its still happening there
