  1. You would then need to report this to swiftkey, as the issue itself is not an issue on the editor. We have no control over what shiftkey sends to the editor (select here, backspace here etc)
  2. Please ensure you are on the latest release, and if so, ensure you apply the patch showing in the support area of your admin CP. If both those are done and you still have the same, please let us know

  7. Im a little confused on this one. Why is it you are attempting to reset your URL?
  8. No. If you switch, any tags already present will stay, but no new ones can be added unless they are the ones you specify
  9. Are you redirecting from the old location? If so, you need to remove that redirect while you reset. I would suggest clearing your browser cache and your sites cache from the support area, if you have just moved the site

  11. Do you have anything else which may be accessing the site using your own IP? Something automated perhaps? Also, are you seeing any repeating errors in your system logs?

  14. Before continuing with anything here, have you completed the upgrade?
  15. I would ask yourself why you are looking to change the setting at all?
  16. Are you using a default editor on your android device? And which android device?
  17. Are you getting this if you test with a default theme?
  18. If you go to Members->Content Moderation->Spam Prevention->Geolocation settings, you can add countries in there that you wish to disallow.

  21. You can add individual items to ckeditor, yes. If It's a plugin from their site If its something you are doing yourself
  22. You would go to Members->Members->Group promotions, click to add a new rule, then fill in the details that are appropriate to your particular needs on promotions there
  23. Please ensure that you are creating new topics for different issues, as this can help in ensuring you get the correct information at any given time. With this, I would also need examples of the problem. It may be, for example, the user has registered and the spam level that has been ascertained, is at a level whereby your setting dictate they need admin validation
