It sounds like server resources you are having an issue with when sending them over. Something timing out perhaps. It would be worth checking your server error logs to see what is showing up there

It will work itself out. I’ve seen this issue and while it may seem stuck it will eventually finish after a day or so.

Change the following items to suit...
"Restricted directory or URL" - provide the full URL of the area they can't access "Login URL" - change domain.com to your own site "auth" - change user@emailaddress.com to the username or email address (I'd advise email address) for the account they are to use "password" - change thepassword to the password for the account Click 'Add login'

Google Adsense would view your community as a guest (non logged in user) so if a guest doesn’t have access to the page, neither does Google Adsense. I’m afraid, there are no means in Invision Community to get them a logged in view. 

I would advise reading this topic explaining it, the short answer is that new features will come to both Cloud and Classic. If/when Courses will come to self-hosted is undetermined at this point but our leadership has sated that it could.
 

When I see the buttons at the end of a course, I feel like I'm missing some options that would make the visitor move forward. Most people don't want to return to the course they just took or retake the same quizz again either? Most people want to either go to the next course, next module, or back to that course's list of modules, or to the library of courses.

Hi.  Some of my members are having trouble when they try to view their bookmarks from the bookmarks tab on their profile.  When I log in as a regular member, I can see them OK.  But if I log in as that member to look at their bookmarks, I get a PHP error.
I'm specifically having trouble on this member.
I repaired the databases.  I tried creating a uncustomized theme.  I cleared the cache.

Hi All.  Hopefully this is a simple fix or a missed setting that I'm not seeing.
When a member buys a file, and they go back to the file page and it shows 2 buttons "Download This file" and a "Buy Now" button (screenshot below).  But since they bought it once, I don't want them to buy it again.  Is there a setting that I'm missing that hides the "Buy Now" button once the file has been purchased?  It has caused a lot of confusion with my members, several of which have bought the file several times.
I've reset my theme just in case there was something altered, but the problem remains.  I'm on v4.4.9.1.

In that case, those files should make use of license keys and the button should change to something like “buy again” or something like that. Just a thought.

A members trophies will be then only awarded when somebody visits this members profile or when the member logs in, which saves a lot resources.

I've been out for the last few days, but he's currently looking into it.  I'm trying to get him the proper access so he can look under the hood.  I still have my plugin running.  It is no longer running multiple instances of "Updating Trophies," but it's constantly running in the background.  I'd expect it to run once, then only trigger when a particular member earned a trophy or medal instead of constantly scouring the user database.
The strange error message still seems to be isolated to a single member (or I haven't found any others yet).  It shows up strange on his bit box and I can't access his member profile without an error.  But since it's isolated to one person, I'm keeping the plugin running for diagnostic purposes.
I look forward to hearing a solution.  I really like the app and my members really appreciate it.  But if it causes undue stress on the server or errors on member profiles, there's not much I can do other than uninstall.  ?

That's not how it works.
There#s no way to tell when a member really earned a trophy then to iterate over all trophies and members and see if they meet any rule.
 
So this means that we finally fixed the real issue which caused that more and more background tasks were initialized before others were finished:) At least one step forward:)

I looked at the dashboard and there's only one background process going.  I have been watching it for a bit.  When it completed, a few minutes later, it started again.

Could I probably get ACP access to see why it's broken for you?

I created a trophy where if a user uploaded an avatar, they get a trophy (Face To A Name).  However, it seems like everybody is getting the trophy, even if they don't have an avatar.  Is there a different setting I'm missing?
I had to delete the Trophy before it goes through my entire user database.
 
 

We have about 17000 members.  Around 60 or so trophies.
